Dear Isak,We are sorry to hear your disappointment. Would have appreciated if you tell us your reasons here or during your stay, since we got no response from you regarding any issues, only that you called up expedia that you would like to check out on the 2.nd day without any reasons and would like a refund which we of course can not approve this way. We are here to communicate and help as best as we can. Unfortunately in this situation we had no chance to do that.

Struttura di buone dimensioni, pulita e in zona centralissima, due bagni. Mancano accessori X cucina, bagno e camere e un po’ rumorosa di notte.

The place is OK overall. The living room is a bit dim and the couch can be bigger to accommodate bigger groups. The showers do not have curtains so the water sprays out.

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our week exploring the city. The location is fantastic, just wonderful access to Nyhavn, Stroget, and metro. Beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. There were a few issues to start, including the quality of the bedroom drapes which need to be opened or closed to provide privacy to living spaces. One set was entirely missing at check in. The floors are very cool old wood, but they make a lot of noise with each step. Service from host was very quick and they helped where they could.
