Beautiful Ski-in Ski-out
Beautiful and very spacious. Staff were great at helping us with questions we had and check-in process. Location was perfect with 2 lifts right by the house. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Family Location
Location: true ski-in/ski-out for green-level skiers. It’s right West Village (at the youth ski school, easier green runs, but easy lift to get to blues/blacks). Parking: Would not recommend more than 2 cars, 3 was doable, 4 would not have been Kitchen: utensils weren’t great (no ladles, spatulas) but plenty of mugs, plates, dishes. Has some spices. 2 refrig, 2 ovens, micro, large stove. Bedrooms: upstairs - master w/jet tub & steam shower & washer/dryer; 2nd master w/steam shower; main floor - no bedrooms; basement - room off pool/tv room that shares bath, room off porch, bunk room. Rooms have king beds, except bunks are Queens. Every room has a bath. Rooms have independent temp control. Ski room was MUCH appreciated and made a difference - lockers, fireplace, boot/glove warmer, table/chairs, refrig. The house was large enough for people to have their own space, but small enough that you were together. Lots of stairs. Anyone with difficulty walking stairs (elderly) probably shouldn’t be here as no bedroom is on the main floor and “hang out” is mostly in the basement. Rental Company - very communicative in everything. It was an easy rental with no surprises (except good).

Tons of space for a big group.
Really great space for a big group. There is a great kitchen for eating and congregating. Many beds and rooms also make some privacy an option.

Large family ski vacation
This home was well equipped, great location, & with space for everyone! We had 14 family members for early ski season. Even though the ski in ski out lift was not quite open, we still enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property
We had four families- 8 adults and 9 children aged 9 years to 6 months. The layout was perfect. There was plenty of space for each family to spread out and for big group meals. The property management was so responsive and quite honestly, they made the trip perfect. It’s a perfect rental!

Great house!
Hosted our annual FFL draft weekend at the house and it was perfect! The video wall was amazing for watching a bunch of live sports and the house was huge so we never felt cramped, even with 12 grown men staying at the property. The kitchen was by far the most stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at, and it enabled us to make all of our meals with ease. There was a prolonged internet outage during our stay that affected our draft, but it appeared to be a larger issue with the surrounding area and not isolated to the house and the management company was very receptive and kind when trying to figure out the situation. And the Sonos/audio system appeared to not be working quite right and/or had some faulty equipment, but that didn't take away from the weekend. All in all, it was a great experience and would recommend the house to anyone especially during ski season!

Perfect Family Low Key House Vacation
This house was our perfect getaway for our family vacation this year. We enjoyed the beautiful nature surrounding us, the activities offered in our area, and benefited from the spacious house where we enjoyed playing family games and a great bar-b-que. Definitely recommend this resort, this house, and this part of Colorado for anyone who is visiting for the first time with any size family (including little ones under 2!).

Spring Break Ski
We thoroughly enjoyed this property. It is a true ski in/out. VERY convenient location to ski school and lifts. The house was super clean and met every single need. We have already discussed coming back to this same property.

Great location.
We stayed here in early March- lots of snow fell February. It is a great location at Copper Mountain. For this to be a true ski in- ski out, a pathway NEEDS to be cleared for us to access the slopes. A 4 ft bank of hard/icy snow enclosed the entire patio and we had to climb this in and out. Not ok. Someone needs to keep an area near the hot tub clear so we can truly ski in- out. Climbing that bank with skis and poles in tow and ski boots on was outright dangerous. Ps- if there were a fire in the basement, one would also need to climb this dangerous icy mess to exit the house to safety. . Not ok!!!

Amazing!! The best of Copper!
Our extended family spent New Years at the warming hut and it is a vacation we will always remember. Plenty of room and a fully stocked kitchen to feed a crowd. Your own ski locker room that you can step out onto the slope from. We had an amazing time and any issues we had were quickly fixed.

Thanksgiving week
Stayed the week of Thanksgiving. The property was wonderful and everything our group needed, which included 4 families with 9 total children ranging from kindergarten to 7th grade. We had an amazing time and the property allowed enough space for everyone to feel at home and relaxed. Definitely recommend this property.

Exceeded our expectations
We knew that the property was going to be nice, but it exceeded our expectations. Sparkling clean, 2 dryers and washers, etc. Summer was great around Copper Mountain town, own activities around the town and plenty of fun. Had an issue with a fuse and after calling the office they immediately directed me where to go and how to fix the problem. Excellent stay so therefore 5 stars.

Ideal group getaway
Beautiful, roomy, and loaded with the right stuff for fun. We used this cabin for a group get together for 12 guys during early summer. The number of rooms, beds, and bathrooms let everyone be comfortable during the trip. The pool table, hot tub, chef's kitchen, and giant living room provided lots of room for fun and activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Home
We were a family of four getting away for the weekend and this house was perfect! Lots of space, great location and wonderful amenities throughout. We did have a bit of a difficult time working all the TVs in the house but who cares- there was so much more to entertain us! Loved this house and look forward to a future stay!

Lovely ski in/out home. Very clean and well maintained.
This home was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of cooking pans/utensils. Also loved the fact that the toiletries, garbage bags, clothes detergent and dish detergent was provided. We look forward to staying at the Warming Hut in the future!!

Beautiful, warm home.
The Warming Hut is a beautiful, well decorated, and well designed home. The owners did a marvelous job with decor and the layout is perfect. The location could not be better, it is convenient to everything. The touches on the house are stunning, absolutely lovely. Modern with a warm rustic feel. We had 13 people and it was very comfortable. The only complaint I have is for the price I feel it should have come with some minor, but necessary, kitchen items. Tin foil, saran wrap, zip locks, and a working ice maker would have made it perfect. This created an unnecessary hassle for storing leftover food. I wish the rental company would have told us what it did not include. The house itself is amazing.

Great Place for a Family Reunion!
This was an amazing location for a quick get away for our extended family! The kids loved the game room and theater room and the whole family enjoyed being out on the porch enjoying the mountain air! The kitchen and pantry was perfect for a family "Chopped" challenge! The house was fully equipped and they thought of just about everything! We would book again in a heartbeat! The only thing holding back from a 5-star review was that the hot tub was not working and was not able to be fixed during our stay. We wish we would have been notified before arrival.

Amazing! 5 stars was easy!
This house was amazing! It has everything we needed and more. My friends and I enjoyed the house and the amazing views that came with the house! Amenities were great! TVS in every room! I will definitely be booking another stay in the future! The hospitality and customer service was 5 star as well! I will never forget this trip!

Great house!
The house is very spacious with a great kitchen. We had plenty of room to stretch out with 8 adults and 4 kids. The kitchen was such a great gathering spot we rarely used the game room. The lunch room was perfect to set up a chili crockpot so we could stop in at lunch!
