Perfektes Haus in perfekter Lage
Alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Check in schnell und unkompliziert. Gastgeber antwortet sofort. Sehr sauberes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Eigener Parkplatz vor der Tür. Ruhige Umgebung. Housekeeper immer schnell erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Gasflasche wurde am Sonntagnachmittag ausgetauscht! Viele Restaurants fußläufig. Sehr empfehlenswert!

A beautiful villa
What a wonderful place to stay. Central to all amenities yet just away from the main road enough to afford peace and privacy. The villa had everything you could ever need for a family holiday in the sun. A really lovely welcome pack, enough for a snack on arrival. Very comfortable beds!! Perhaps as it was the tail end of the season, but some of the cooking utensils and pans were in need of replacement. All information and travel instructions were excellent from the owner. However, when I received owner emails, it was really difficult to get through VRBO, to reply to them. Perhaps this process could be made more straight forward. Overall, really lovely and would certainly consider returning again.

We spent a very relaxing week in the beautiful villa , the villa was clean with everything we needed. The pool area was great , really nice at night time with all the lights. The villa and the pool was very spacious. Lovely area close to beach bars and shops . We used the bus to local water park, it was very easy and very cheap . The local people are always ready to help and are very friendly. We all had an excellent holiday and would definitely recommend it to friends and family . Hope to come back soon.

Great villa
The villa was clean and tidy . Plenty of space for the 4 of us and a lovely relaxing break . pool was great . We got a hire car to get about but you can walk to areas if you want , 20min to strip and main supermarket on foot. It was a good choice for our holiday.

Family holiday
We are a family spanning across 3 generations and have had the most fabulous 2 week stay at this beautiful villa. The Villa was very clean upon arrival and any questions I had before arrival were answered very promptly. All information on how to locate and get into the Villa were send before our trip so we felt safe and comfortable before we had even arrived. The pool was a massive hit with our children, just the right size and depth for all ages to enjoy. Lots of information was in their welcome booklet and the welcome pack left was a lovely touch. The Villa is in the perfect location down a quiet road but only a short walk (1min) to the nearest kiosk and restaurants. If you walk down the road further you come to the bigger supermarket and bus stops. We didn’t have a car and got around to see the historical sites on the local bus. The local beach is beautiful and sandy and again is only a short walk from the villa (depending on how fast your party walk 5-10 mins). We cannot thank Karen and her wonderful team for making this holiday truly memorable. We would and will recommend this villa to anyone!

Brilliant Stay
Our stay at this Villa was brilliant, from the information supplied by the owner prior to going to the welcome pack which was waiting for us when we arrived. The Villa contained everything we could have asked / wished for, there was plenty of room around the pool ( which was great ) with areas of shade if needed and plenty of loungers and patio chairs and tables to make use of. The location suited us as it was at the end of a short road with no passing traffic and there were bars, restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance, ( the breeze bar at the bottom of the road was a really nice bar ran by Fay ) and Legends restaurant a little further down the road was also to be recommended. We hired a car to see more of the area but you really don’t need to as the large supermarket will deliver you and the shopping back home and the local buses run everywhere for a very little charge. We would certainly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting a nice Villa with pool and peace and quiet but with bars and restaurants close by to go and enjoy.

Perfect Stay
The Villa is clean, homely, so private and & quiet but at the same time so near lovely beach, resturants etc. We stayed here with 2 family and 2 freinds and got married just down the road at the Shipwreck, everything worked out perfect. The welcome pack had everything we needed for our arrival plus a bottle of Prosecco as we were getting married, which was a very nice touch, we found the air-con very resonable. We would 100% stay here again.

Fabulous Villa
We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this villa. It has everything you need. It is spacious, nicely decorated and on a lovely quiet street. It’s close to the beach and Coral Bay amenities. We would recommend it to family and friends.

Preisleistung ist super, super Aussicht und genügend Platz für 6 Personen
Hat alles geklappt, zwecks Schlüssel und Wegbeschreibung, super Anbindung zum Bus, Strand ist in der Nähe und Phaphos nur eine halbe Stunde mit dem Bus weg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 2 Busstationen entfernt, ist auch in Ordnung. Die Finca ist sehr schön und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Danke für 1 schöne Woche Urlaub

Very nice stay
The villa is ideally located, close to beaches, bars and restaurants. There were some great touches, like the water cooler and very cheap air con but there is some room for improvement, with the oven and the Wi-Fi. Having said that we would definitely like to return.

Fabulous villa
We have just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay. The villa is in a great location - quiet and private and a short walk to the beaches. The pool and outside area is great - plenty of room for our family of 4. There is a local bakery, shop and a couple of bars/restaurants only a 5 min walk and the main coral bay strip is only a 15 min walk or you can hop on a bus which also takes you to Paphos Harbour. The villa is very spacious, comfortable and well maintained with all you need for a relaxing family stay in the sun. The management company are very responsive and helpful and always on hand for any questions Will definitely be staying again. A few tips for those who are staying here: All the plugs are UK so no need for EU adapters if you're a UK traveller Towels and bedding not changed if staying longer than 1 week and only 1x bath towel each provided (6 in total) so you may want to bring a few washing tablets to freshen up during your stay as no washing powder left, but washing machine is easy to use. Aircon is payable but very reasonable. We stayed for 2 weeks in mid August using in the bedrooms and lounge at night and didn't spend very much on it at all. The floor around the pool gets very hot during the day so make sure little ones have water shoes on

Thank you for the lovely review. I was disappointed to hear that your towels and bedding were not changed after your first week, I have spoken to our property management team as this should of been done and they have said this was an oversight on their part and asked me to pass on their apologies.

Lovely villa
A very nice place to stay, comfortable and well equipped. The welcome pack of basics, I.e. bread, milk, tea, ham, cheese etc was very welcome when arriving in the evening. A 5 minute walk to several good restaurants, bars, and shops and just 10 minutes to the beach (if you can tear yourself away from the pool!). Would definitely stay again 😊

A lovely, lovely holiday in a fab villa
We have just returned from a glorious week at this lovely villa. The property is absolutely as described with all the amenities you could need. The pool area is lovely with areas of shade throughout the day - we particularly liked that by about 3pm the pool had dappled shade from the trees - welcome shade whilst floating around in the pool. We all slept really well and there was plenty of hot water. The air con was reasonably priced (we used it overnight). The water cooler is a genius idea and the big bottles of water cheap as chips from local shops. Communication from Karen (the owner) and the local management team was excellent throughout - even on hand with restaurant ideas and recycling advice. Overall, an amazing break in a lovely villa in a lovely neighbourhood, close enough to facilities but far enough away to be peaceful. We hope to return!

Lovely villa in good location coral bay
Family of 5 adults stayed at this villa. Good size property and location was great. About a 20 minute walk to the strip or €10 in taxi. Very quiet so sleep quality was good. Everything we needed was at the villa. Very good pool and outside facilities. However the property was dirty upon arrival (kitchen units and and work tops, cutlery etc. in drawers were very greasy). Dirty shower units also. Had to do a clean upon arrival. This was not a problem for me to correct myself but future guests may be put off. The tv doesn’t have a good reception but again not a priority for our party. Everything else was perfect. We would definitely return to the villa without hesitation.

Lovely villa
We had a lovely stay at this villa and it had everything we needed. Nice peaceful location but a car is recommended as it is a good walk from main strip and supermarket. Not too far too local bars and the beach though. Owner was very communicative from time of booking and throughout, and property managers just a phone call away. We enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend this villa.

We have been to this villa before so didn't hesitate to book again, however, the cleanliness has gone down hill a bit. Needs a bit of TLC and updating. We love the quietness and location and it's within walking distance to amenities and the beach.

Great Villa
Very spacious, clean, well furnished lounge and kitchen and in a quiet location. Lots of space inside with three en-suite bedrooms. Good pool with plenty of outside sun bathing space and sunbeds in good condition. Very quiet location with easy walk to two beaches. The cold-water cooler and the mid-stay change of linen were nice surprises. Good WiFi and a very comprehensive TV system with all the usual stations plus a library of hundreds of movies. Good views of sunsets from the upstairs balcony.

Be very vigilant if you stay here
The villa is described as advertised. We booked the villa as we were getting married and came home two nights before the wedding to find sentimental belongings had gone together with men’s clothes, aftershave etc. All doors and windows were shut and locked before we left. The owners are aware of this happening and on talking to local people the cul de sac is a watched and targeted area.

I am truly sorry you had this upsetting experience. As soon as I was made aware of this incident I contacted you to see how I could help. The police attended and concluded that there was no sign of forced entry. Our property manager also visited the day after to offer his support and assistance. Whilst there he checked the security of the villa and found all locks to be undamaged and operating properly. It is unfounded to suggest the cul-de-sac is a watched and targeted area. We have holidayed at our villa every year for the last 13 years without incident.

Perfect Holiday
Perfect holiday - lovely villa set in quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Friendly neighbours who are permanent residents. Good swimming pool and lovely terrace with plenty of space to sit and enjoy the sun or the shade. Villa extremely well equipped - unusual to have a water cooler and this was an excellent addition. We arrive late at night so we were grateful for the welcome pack - fresh milk, butter , bread, jam, tea and coffee and wine so no need to have to find a shop next morning Lovely and clean with nice fresh towels in all the bedrooms and toilet rolls and hand wash in the bathrooms Aircon in all the rooms (very hot when we were there in early September but only used it to cool the bedrooms for about an hour before going to bed & a couple of evenings when there was no breeze to cool the living room) . Used about 10 euros worth of electricity so quite reasonable About a 5 minute walk to small supermarket and 10 minutes to pretty beach (Corallia beach) with nice beach bar/restaurant . Didn’t eat there but coffee was good. Bus stop next to supermarket to go either along the road to Coral Bay strip or into Paphos (1.50 euros no matter how far you went) Buses every 10 minutes. LOTS of restaurants/bars along Coral Bay strip - 2 or 3 stops on the bus or a 15 minute walk. Very friendly people Can’t fault Karen the owner for her attention to detail and speedy responses to any questions

A great Villa
A most enjoyable holiday, Villa in quiet location but within walking distance of local supermarket and several restaurants/pubs. Villa had good layout...The highlight for us was the terrace area for lounging and eating...and the large pool! We were 3 generations and suited us all. Managements very good and helpful with any needs . Would recommend.

Ideal family holiday.
All you could want and more, great for family get away, very clean, we used the air conditioning each night which wasn't too expensive. The manager was on hand when needed to answer any question. Robert the taxi driver we used was very helpful and spoke very good english. The villa is at the end of a quiet close which makes it ideal for children. Karen the owner was very quick in replying to our e-mails making the booking very easy.

This villa was everything it was advertised to be and more! Clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The location is great, we had a car to explore the island but it wasn’t a necessity. Great communication from start to finish. Just the loveliest place for a family holiday. I would 100% recommended and 100% visit again!

Lovely villa in coral Bay.
Lots of extras you wouldn't normally get. Lovely big rooms, well furnished and decorated. Simon, the maintenance man on hand for any problems we had and sorted quickly. Fab pool and surrounding sunbathing area. We like to stay in quiet area but close to bars and this villa was spot on. Would definitely recommend to friends. It's one of the best places we have ever stayed and felt like home from home.

A winter break
A good, comfortable villa in a quiet area. A lovely pool is available for summer months. We hired a car and toured the island. Unspoiled villages up in the hills. Paphos itself has a very good harbour with many restaurants. Would recommend Number7 St. George in Geriskipou for a traditional Cypriot meal. No menu but good food and very attentive service by the family members.

Our amazing stay
This villa was perfect for our needs. We cooked in some nights, pool to amuse us, tv for our one night with movie, en suite bathrooms in all bedrooms. Tidy, and a very nice gesture welcome pack, which after a late flight was fantastic. Maintenance team and owner very good with any issues, i can't fault the villa at all. Short walk to two beaches, three local bars within five min walk and a small supermarket. Bigger supermarket 15 min walk but if you spend over €40 they deliver you home free of charge. Lovely fresh veg/fruit stall 10 mins away. The main strip is one bus stop away or 10 min walk, loads of good eating places, and cocktail bars. What more can be said except don't book my week next year! Haha

Beautiful well maintained villa. Welcome pack nice touch. Car needed. Shame about the noise from the near by building work and supprising also annoying bird scarer from the adjacent banana plantation, therefore sleep spoilt big time. Unexpected extra cost for aircon.

Fantastic holiday, very relaxing, pool is perfect and great location.
VILLA. Just perfect, amazing pool, great set up with 1 ground floor bedroom ( perfect for my father) and two 1st floor bedrooms, all very spacious & en suite, 1st floor bedrooms share a large balcony with patio table & sea view , perfect for us with our daughter , but also a morning coffee! The ground floor is really spacious, everywhere is clean , kitchen has everything you need , all appliances plus utensils etc didn't feel like we had to make do without anything, large dining table, lovely leather sofas and chair , tv , wfi , large veranda with large patio table , chairs, a bbq, poolside has sun loungers , umbrellas , the pool is maintained regular, villa is at the end of a cul de sac, so peaceful, but yet 5 min walk you can be at the beach, and all restaurants shops, had a welcome pack on arrival, what can i say just PERFECT!
