“I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. ”

“Every thing was perfect - the staff especially. Food was great, breakfast was amazing. Room was so nice and comfortable. Clean, updated, perfect. Both our room attendants and our concierge guys made sure we were well taken care of. My husband used the gym and loved it. Our vacation was so peaceful. “Detta hotell var mycket bättre än vi hade hoppats på. Rummen var moderna och fräscha, och kändes lyxiga. Ca 7–10 min promenad från stranden med staff som lämnade och hämtade oss med golfbil hela tiden. Poolen superfin med bra musik (afrobeats) om man föredrar det. Ca 20 min gångavstång till centrum med restauranger. Cyklar gratis att hyra för den som föredrar det. Sjukt trevlig och rolig personal!”

“Great place to stay. Beautiful Grace bay view from balcony for eating breakfast and plentiful beach chairs available. Room was clean and nice to have a small kitchenette. Staff were great and helpful. Easy 5-10 walk to all the store and restaurants and 15 min walk to grocery store. Some noise when on the balcony from the construction next door but could not hear it from the room with sliding door closed. My wife and I would decently stay again.”

“We took a chance with the Regent grand and couldn’t be happier. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and has the best location in Grace Bay, both at the beach (clean of seaweed) and walking distance to restaurants and a supermarket. Is very quiet because the condos are privately owned, but they clean your place daily and there’s waiters at the pool and beach. Never had to wrestle for a pool or beach chair and never felt overcrowded.”

“Room and unit were very clean and there was service daily which we were not expecting. The kitchen could honestly use some additional amenities if you plan to cook there a lot. Staff and management very responsive and friendly. Location is perfect! We will be back. ”
