Welcome to a family home full of charm, lively and bright, designed for sharing, rest and inspiration. You will find a large garden, five cozy bedrooms, a living room-cinema, a library, and a terrace suitable for long summer evenings. A unique, welcoming and sensitive house, to be discovered gently.

The house, warm and atypical, is our personal place to live. It opens up to you for the summer holidays, in a friendly and inspiring atmosphere.

On the first floor, you enter from the garden or from the street.
A large bedroom (bedroom 1) with a 160 cm double bed opens directly onto the garden through a bay window. The bedding is new and the bedroom is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
A spacious bathroom (walk-in shower, two sinks, toilet) is nearby.

The veranda-dining room opens onto the terrace and the garden, and communicates with a bright living room and an open kitchen. A scullery completes the space with washing machine, fridge, freezer, utensils and cleaning products.

Upstairs, you have access to an open library area. It leads to three bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. A bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet complete this level.

A small staircase leads to a dormitory under the roof, perfect for children or as a yoga/relaxation area. It is equipped with three additional beds. A travel cot and a high chair are also available on request, to facilitate your family stay.

📽️ For your moments of relaxation, a video projector is available with two large walls dedicated to projection: one in the living room (very large screen format), the other in bedroom 2. A Bluetooth speaker is also available in the living room to listen to your music.

Outside, several dining areas are set up on the terrace, to enjoy the shade throughout the day. A shade veil is installed in summer in front of the veranda, creating a very pleasant relaxation area.

🚗 You have a space for one car on the grounds. Free public parking is available in the village for other vehicles.

Corbère is a small village in the hinterland, nestled between the sea and the mountains. At the crossroads, it is a strategic place to explore the three valleys of the department. The village backs onto the Aspres, a territory of maquis and scrubland, conducive to the discovery of preserved landscapes and medieval chapels.
Numerous tracks and paths start directly from the house, offering a multitude of possibilities for walks in the heart of this wild and authentic nature. Ideal for lovers of hiking and outdoor discoveries!

You will be only 30 minutes by car from the first beaches and 10 minutes from a landscaped lake, ideal for relaxing moments with the family with a play area for children. If you are looking for quieter places, I can also point you to river spots, perfect for cooling off the beaten path.

I will be present in a small independent pied-à-terre located in another part of the garden. This space is totally separate, without vis-à-vis or shared access with the main house, in order to preserve your privacy while offering you discreet accompaniment if necessary.
