âRiktigt bra hotell! Sköna sĂ€ngar, trevlig personal underbar frukost! Att det ligger pĂ„ flygplatsen var avgörande för oss. TĂ„get in till Milano gick snabbt och smidigt. â
âNice Hotel with nice surroundings and an attractive poolarea. The manager (signora) took well care of us and could meet my non gluten requests. Both at dinner and at breakfast, without me reminding. Good service !â
âFamily vacation with an early departure from Malpensa was the reason we chose this hotel.
We got very surprised by the service and the helpful staff.
The level of their In-house restaurant was fantastic and worked fine with kids.

âVi stannade en natt med familjen och hade gĂ€rna stannat lĂ€ngre. Hotellet var vĂ€ldigt rustikt och fint och super hĂ€rlig service. TyvĂ€rr var restaurangen stĂ€ngd pĂ„ mĂ„ndagar men vi fick tips av personalen pĂ„ var vi kunde ta oss istĂ€llet. Höjdpunkten var att sitta pĂ„ deras underbara innegĂ„rd och Ă€ta frukost och en frukost som var helt fantastisk! Vi kommer tillbaka!â

"This is the most lovely hotel I have ever stayed at. We had absolutely nothing to complain about. You are always prepared for the images to be better than the reality but this was the other way around. The hotel, the rooms, the beach and the grounds are stunning. Clean, not over crowded. Calm and pleasant stay. All the staff was lovely. We didn't want to leave!
The beach is amazing and a part of it is available for dogs which was amazing!
We chose between Splendid and the grand dino but are happy we chose Splendid since it was so calm. This place has that little extra.
We can't wait to come back!

"Very bad service at the front desk. Rude, lack of empathy, and unwillingness to help. Pool was closed without any information to us before hand, when we explained that this was the main reason we booked the hotel they just shrugged and said, ânot my problem. This is out of our handsâ. Even though this is their own pool and the pool was closed due to âmaintenanceâ. No other compensation was ever offered.

Just to know on beforehand: there is no direct lake contact from Hotel Simplon then you have to use the sister hotel Grand Hotel Dino (can be reached with the private 200 m underground tunnel between the hotels). Note that the Hotel gym is very big and well equipped but cost Euro 12 every time you visit (no problem if you know it for your travel budget). Parking was very convenient inside the hotel area but remember it will cost Euro 20 for every night you have it parked there. We loved our stay."
