When let separately to 2 or 3 tenants, everyone can enjoy the pool, pétanque court (boules provided), games and exercise room (2 table tennis tables, a pool table and other equipment, including fitness equipment)—facilities rarely found even in a 110 m² home.



Lively Cordes-sur-Ciel offers a wealth of activities year-round. Though intended for its active local community, they are also open to visitors.



Another advantage: the owner lives on site in a separate, self-contained space, ensuring discretion while remaining available for any questions or problems.
