"Everything at the hotel, room, facilities, breakfast etc. are very good. Also easy access to the beach. However the check in was a disaster. Arrived early and hoped the room would be ready, it was not and that is fully acceptable. So we waited until 3pm which is check in time, room still not ready. We were told to wait 20 minutes more, and after that 20 minutes more, and after that 20 minutes more… Their excuse was that people were not leaving the room. Check out time is 11am. Really?"

"Det var ett trevligt hotell som fyllde den funktion vi var ute efter. Beläget bra så vi kunde göra utflykt till bl.a. Cinque Terre. Bra tågförbindelser. Stranden låg inom rimligt avstånd till fots och är helt fantastisk. Vi utnyttjade poolen vid ett tillfälle och den var bra. Kanska hade frukosten lite mer att önska i form av grönsaker. Nu är vi från Sverige och äter gärna det men annars var den bra. Personalen var alltid uppmärksamma. Vi hade bra dagar där."

"What a lovely hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you arrive. Breakfast was excellent — great selection and fresh ingredients, a really good start to the day. The pool area is perfect for just hanging out and relaxing, and the atmosphere there is superb. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight. The seafood was beautifully prepared, and I’d warmly recommend their “speciality” — order it, you won’t be disappointed. The view makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommended, and we’ll happily be back!"

"Fantastiskt palats med bevarade gamla fina detaljer och avkopplande miljöer att vara i. Personalen inte så trevliga tyvärr, men hjälpte till vid behov. Vår AC på rummet skramlade och väsnades så den fick stängas av av personalen på natten. God frukost!"
