Located within walking distance from the Royal Palace of Mon Repo, the birthplace of Prince Philip. Too close is the location of Kanoni with the beautiful view of the Mouse island (Pontikonisi)
Due to its privileged position at the center of the island, the visitors can even walk to visit the city of Corfu and its historic monuments. Moreover because the city of Corfu is located in the center of the island you can visit at equal distances all the beaches in north and villa is built in a traditional style but with modern elements for comfort and luxury. It has 3 spacious bedrooms on the first floor, from which one is the main, with spectacular views with private balcony and room with wardrobe.
Adjacent to, and between the other rooms, there is a large and spacious bathroom with whirlpool and washmachine. The second bedroom also has a double bed but after consultation can become two single beds, a large wardrobe and from the window you can see the pool
The third bedroom is a children bedroom and has two single beds (80cm x 180cm), big wardrobe and window with view to the pool, after consultation we can prepare it to an office room.
Downstairs there is a large and modern kitchen with big fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave, large lounge, large dining room, second WC in ground floor, a large terrace to enjoy a pleasant breakfast.
Outside there is a spacious private pool located in front of the terrace and is equipped with modern machinery cleaning , which along with the constant care of the owner ensure crystal and lucid clear water.
Being centrally situated on Corfu allows easy access to all wonderful beaches, the excellent golf course, a in about 14km, horse riding school and Aqualand park in about 8km, tennis courts in about 500 meters, water sports (1km),
The Mon Repos summer Palace in 1.5 km away is open to the public for swimming, fishing and jogging in its lushious shaded gardens. These facilities can be reached every 20 minutes using the local public bus, which stops at the end of the track leading to the house.
The Vidos island, National Reserve, is an experience not to miss: A ten minutes boat trip goes from Corfu Old Port to Vidos island. Enjoy its seafront restaurant, beaches, woods and its harmless species in freedom.
