A dining table for six creates a pleasant space for meals, and this level also includes a modern bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, guests will find two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and air conditioning, along with an additional bathroom for convenience. The outdoor area is furnished for relaxing moments in the fresh air. Internet reaches speeds up to 24 Mbps, and the property is equipped with a solar water heater providing continuous hot water under normal weather conditions; on cloudy days, guests may use the electric boiler, which typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat the water. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the provided bathroom bins.
