Small cosy studio located in a completely green area

Small studio with a beautiful terrace in Agios Ioannis in the center of the island, quietly located in greenery, 250m away from the village square with the traditional "Kostas Tavern." Comfortable double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) with mosquito net, small kitchenette with refrigerator, 2-burner stove, toaster, and kettle, bathroom with shower, air conditioning (also serves as heating), centrally heated if needed, Wi-Fi, private parking. In the village, there are supermarket, bakery, small grill bar, pastry shop, takeaway pizzeria, etc., as well as a bus stop. The accommodation is located about in the middle of the island, making it an excellent starting point to explore the entire island. Distance from Corfu town and the airport: approx. 9km, from the beaches Kontogialos, Glyfada, Myrtiotissa approx. 7km. Animal-loving household: "cat-friendly" dogs are allowed.
Additional important notes: The minimum kitchenette is only suitable for hot drinks, small meals, and snacks. There are dishes, glasses, pots, and a pan, etc., but the dishes must be washed outside. There is no sink available.
The so-called climate fee imposed by the Greek state of 8 euros per night/accommodation is included in the price.
