Villa Aspro is part of a complex situated in Prinias, between Ipsos and Barbati, two of the most famous destinations in Corfu.
The location is very convenient, since it is in the middle of the island’s superb east coast, with easy access to all the highlights of Corfu, from the old town (UNESCO World Heritage Site), the Ermones 18-hole golf course, to the quaint village of Paleokastritsa.

The villas of this complex, are very spacious and are set at an ideal distance to each other to ensure the maximum privacy, they are built amphitheatrically, surrounded by fabulous scented gardens with indigenous flowers and trees, and they boast breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea and the city of Corfu.

The villas are a perfect blend of traditional and modern architecture, all rooms are bright and airy, furnished with parquet flooring and painted with soothing pastel colors.

Villa Aspro, is one of these standalone properties, it is 250 sq. m., with 4 bedrooms and it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

The villa develops on two levels, on the ground floor we find a large open-plan living/dining room (with fireplace, sat TV, DVD/MP3 player), the fully equipped kitchen (with all essential crockery, cutlery and pots, fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), 1 double master bedroom (40 sq. m.) with en-suite bathroom and a visitors’ WC.
Here is found also a laundry room (with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities).

The first floor is home to 3 twin bedrooms (25 m2), each one with en-suite bathroom and balcony with sea view and private sitting area.

Finally, outdoors we find the private infinity-edged swimming pool with jacuzzi, a private terrace with sitting areas, sun beds and views of the sea, the mountain and the garden, and a large covered dining area.
