There is a spacious open-plan sunken lounge with comfortable sofas, huge wall-mounted TV and dining area all with French windows opening onto the very large patio areas with glass walls to enjoy the stunning views.
On the second floor there is the spacious lounge with stylish modern furniture and atmosphere, Smart led TV, dining room and fully equipped modern kitchen. The large glass window offers plenty of light and coolness, while from the terrace of the lounge you can enjoy the magnificent sea view!
The spiral staircase brings you to the top floor where there are three good size fully fitted bedrooms each with super comfortable beds ensuring a perfect night’s sleep (One King-size bedroom and two twin rooms with single beds which can be zipped together to form Super-Kings). Each bedroom has its own en-suite contemporary shower room, wall mounted flat screen TV, fitted wardrobes and safety deposit box.
The large fully equipped kitchen is there for you to prepare your meals and breakfast. With microwave oven, Nespresso coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, toaster and kettle.
Going out, the pool dominates the area with its exhilarating tranquility.
You may even want to spoil yourself with a traditional Greek meal using the B.B.Q. The large dining area there can accommodate barbecue or cocktail nights, enjoying the magnificent view. There is also outdoor showers and small fridges, serving the pool area. Finally, a spacious garage area offers shade up to two cars.
The location allows for great privacy while being within walking distance of the beautiful beach of Ipsos. The strategic location of the villa gives you the opportunity to visit Corfu Town, the largest water park on the island as well as its most popular beaches within 15-20 min drive.

Car rental is highly recommended to explore all the beauties of the area and to enjoy the nearby beaches. The house position is very convenient to reach easily central, west and south parts of the island. There are routes of blue bus with connection to Corfu city center every 20mins.

Villa Faiax is situated in one of the most organized and well known tourist resorts on the island at Ipsos, about 14 kilometers from Corfu Town. Ipsos Beach, with shallow waters, is a tourist settlement that offers a wide variety of tourist accommodation. In the beachfront road, you will find all sorts of shops, as well as taverns to taste the Corfu cuisine. There are many other dining options such as gourmet restaurants, international cuisine restaurants and snack bars. You can enjoy water sports, snorkeling, scuba diving, jet and sea skiing, sea kayaking or you can rent a boat to visit endless secluded beaches.
For nature lovers, you can enjoy hiking or horse riding through the olive groves of the area. At nearby Kato Korakiana village you can visit the branch of the National Gallery of Corfu with permanent painting exhibition.

The villa is located just 300meters from blue bus stop above Ipsos bay main road. There is plenty of parking space inside the property. We can arrange a car rental or private transfer from and to the airport prior to your arrival.
