As its name says, Villa Sweet Nest is a welcoming, cozy, and perfectly located holiday home with a private pool, perfect for a couple or a small family. Set just a few steps away from the bay of Koyevinas, 1,200m from famous Kassiopi, and 1km from the amazing Avlaki Beach, Villa Sweet Nest is set to impress with its traditional charm as well as its unbeatable value for money. A lovely, small heatable pool complements the setting.



Inside, Villa Sweet Nest is a beautifully restored old stone house, retaining its great character and features, yet provided with modern amenities for a stress-free holiday. On the split-level ground floor, guests will find a beautiful lounge with comfortable sofas, a smart TV, a dining area, and a kitchen corner equipped with everything necessary for a self-catering holiday (including 4 cooking rings, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a washing machine). Stairs lead up to the 2 airy bedrooms, featuring beautiful beamed ceilings. The double bedroom, with its attractive Juliet balcony, has its own en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom, which is twin-bedded, has the use of a bathroom with a shower located off the corridor. For the comfort of guests, the bedrooms are air-conditioned. Compact in size but rich in personality, Villa Sweet Nest will surprise you with its rustic and traditional feel. Due to its layout, the property is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.



Outside, guests can enjoy the use of exclusive extensive grounds, perfect for relaxing under the shining Greek sun. Offering pleasant views over the rooftops and surrounding nature to the sea beyond, the outdoor patios offer plenty of space. A shaded, covered dining area with a barbecue near the property's entrance is the perfect spot for al-fresco dining. The small, sparkling private pool (measuring 4m x 2.5m, depth 1.4m, access via Roman steps) is ideal for a refreshing dip after a long day of exploring the surrounding area. It is beautifully lit at night and equipped with 4 comfortable sunbeds and parasols. The pool can be heated upon request for an extra charge (payable locally). Beautiful Mediterranean shrubs, olive trees, and romantic seating areas turn the outdoor space into a true gem. Private parking is available on the premises.
