Open kitchen with bar, 4 bedrooms (provide sheets) with 3 double beds and 1 child's bed.
Bathroom with corner bath, 2 toilets. Wifi, 160 cm OLED TV with Orange and Netflix channels.
On request small baby necessary possible (Travel cot + booster seat).
Farm parking and small grass field for children with trampoline but also a football field on the other side of the housing development with tennis court available, and cycle path reserved for cycling to reach Ladoix, a neighbouring village with its many wine estates.
There is a traffic-free square in the middle of the housing development so that children can meet, cycle or rollerblade, overboard.. but very quiet housing development (only 6 houses).
The road of the grands crus is 500 m away and a new cycle path is 100 m from the house without having to take the main road, and allows access to the neighbouring village of Ladoix by a 2 km asphalt path.
there is a petanque court either in the alley next to the house or next to the stadium at 50 m.
Many winegrowers can be found in the village and about fifty to 5 km around (Côte de Nuit, Ladoix, Savigny les Beaune) available for your tastings, I will be able to give you some good addresses for wine lovers or also gastronomy.
For children Tree climbing 35 minutes away, Parc de la bouzaise in Beaune with animals (llama, pig, chickens, rabbits, sheep, geese and ducks) around a lake under the shade of the trees, Alésia (reconstruction of a Gallo-Roman village), Fallot mustard production, Hospices de Beaune, Cassisium and Imaginarium (fun visit on the production of crémant), Dijon 30 minutes away with an ice rink, an Olympic swimming pool but also beautiful architectural visits and its many restaurants (snails, beef bourguignon, parsley ham...).
All shops (supermarket, bakery, tobacconist) in the neighbouring village of ladoix at 2.5 km and supermarket at 10 km (Carrefour, Leclerc, Intermarché, Lidl, grand frais...).
