“Wonderful newer hotel close to the cool MacCurtain Street area. Walking distance to pretty much everything. The room cleaning was hit or miss - not bad just not what we expected. Staff was excellent!”

“Very nice and modern hotel, it seams like a part of chain of hotels, medium priced and good value. Clean and comfortable. Good location. Vending machines and a surprisingly good bar. We never tried the restaurant but were very happy to see their offers for kids. Probably great for families. What I’ll remember most though is the staff. Super efficient and extremely accommodating and helpful. Thank you!”

“While the strong point of this hotel was its central location there were many issues. The lift was very unreliable on the way up with door closing after a few seconds of opening. The life then wouldn't return and I had to climb 7 flights of stairs to where my room was. The shower hot water was unreliable, it would come one for one minute and then go cold. “Nice clean room in a great location”

“Helpful staff at the front desk. Good to have a community room with kitchen available, stove, kettle, tv, couches, Needs more utensils for eating meals. Helpful to have tea bags, milk, sugar, toiletries etc at the front desk. Very loud banging of doors that Interrupts sleep. Needs silent closures for doors. Needs clothes/ towel hanger in bathroom. Price is too high for very loud noise with doors banging and an interrupted sleep . ”

“Online Coupley Court seemed like a colourful and unique place to stay at. In reality it was the opposite. Grey and dark. Literally dark since the lightning in both the room and kitchen was very bad and dim. You couldn't see a thing in the hallway mirror in the room since there was no light at all as you came in. The bathroom had dust falling into the shower cabin from the ventilation. The bed was so soft that I actually hurt my back by sitting down on it. The kitchen lacked most amenities and...

“The staff were less than helpful, There was no car parking anywhere near the hotel. It was student accommodation and not suitable for mature aged travellers. We chose not to stay here and found another motel.”
