âNo light from above in the room, only from nightstand. Loads of mold both in room and in the water closet.
The AC unit was loud and in the way and traffic outside aimed their headlights towards the window so even with curtains it was like flashlights all throughout the night.
The overall feeling was so bad that we even left before breakfast.â
âWe stayed here for two nights due to flight schedules. Though the hotel is closer to La Guardia and we were traveling through JFK, it still worked much better for us than the hotels closer to JFK. Note that their airport shuttle is only for La Guardia. Lyft to JFK was about $50 each way.

âI needed to book somewhere near JFK very last minute and went with the Hyatt. It's not the closest hotel you can get to the airport but I would choose them again no question. The room was very spacious (larger than average), it was spotless, modern and comfortable. The view isn't great so if you're looking for that then this isn't your place. But if you're looking for an airport hotel that feels like a mini-resort rather than the normal tired corporate airport hotel definitely choose this hotel....

"The hotel felt so unsafe loudly neighbors smell of tobacco and weed. At 1 AM prostitute running out from the elevators, dodgy people standing and walking in the reception. Cockroaches in the toilet, stains on the sheet and on the walls. Me and my family sleept with the clothes on, and as soon as the sun went up, we checked out from the hotel. "

6 min walk to nice restaurant with breakfast and lunch. Buses close that take you to train and Manhattan.
