âVi bodde pĂ„ hotellet i en vecka. Fantastisk personal med suverĂ€n service. Vi lagade mat och hĂ€ngde mycket vid poolen. En kvĂ€ll Ă„t vi pĂ„ restaurangen, det var bra. Varje morgon kom fruktbilen som hade stort och prisvĂ€rt utbud. Stranden gick vi ibland till, ofta tog vi bilen efter lunch och hyrde solstolar till halva priset. Bra parkering finns vid stranden. OmrĂ„det Balestrate Ă€r slitet, det finns dock nĂ„gra restauranger och en matbutik. Bil Ă€r nödvĂ€ndigt om man vill se sig omkring eller ta sig...
âThis is a great Hotel ! Everything = 6 stellas. Had a small room with a Nice balcony overlooking the city. Staff is superfriendly, breakfast = not to much / not to little (Everybody lived the omniobjectmeter and pepper âragu). Its in the middle of the city. No parking but close to 2 parking spots. This is a place I want to visit again. I miss all of U !!!!â
âThe host Nino was super helpful and nice, and the breakfast at the terrace was wonderful! The room had an AC, and it was quiet. Also, there is a possibility to use a washing machine. Parking was easy, and the location was great for us as we were traveling by car. Without a car it can be a bit different, as there's not much stuff to do at Casteluzzo for a longer stay. By car it's about 15minutes from San Vito lo Capo, and only 5 minutes from the local beach, which was really nice. I recommend...

"When we arrived at the hotel to check in, I spoke to them in English even though I speak Italian. I overheard them speaking in Italian, saying that the air conditioner wasnât working. We took the keys to our family suite and entered, only to find that the air conditioner was indeed not working and was making a very loud noise, like a tractor.
After several attempts to contact the reception, I was told the first time that a technician had checked it and found no issue. An hour later, I felt like my head was going to explode â we couldnât sleep. After multiple calls to reception, and after contacting the Hotel.com website they informed the hotel, they finally decided to change our suite.
The receptionist put the beach towels in a bag for other guests and told them it was a gift, while she handed the towels to us without a bag.
It was a very bad experience and the service was not pleasant. Everything had an extra charge â parking was âŹ15 per night. They gave us beach towels for free, but if they got dirty, we had to pay extra to replace them.
Although I had already paid the tourist tax during the booking, I was asked to pay an additional âŹ3 per person per night for myself and my family.
After four nights and with four people, we ended up paying âŹ48 in tourist taxes.
