Vacker Waterfront Stuga nära Charlottetown

"York Point Cottage" är en vacker 2 sovrum stuga på vattnet i en lugn miljö bara 10 minuter väster om Charlottetown i Cornwall. Bara några minuter från restauranger och andra servicefaciliteter, stugan sover fem med en queen size-säng i sovrummet och en tvilling över dubbelsäng våningssäng i det andra sovrummet. Badrummet renoverades 2015 och matsalen bekvämt plats 6. Stugan är fullt möblerad och utrustad med propan BBQ, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, nya köksmaskiner (inklusive diskmaskin) och satellit-TV. Två stora panorama komposit däck med steg till vattnet och en stor gård ger gott om plats för att njuta av denna fredliga natursköna plats. Utmärkt läge för vattensporter eller för dem som bara vill koppla av och titta på båtarna segla genom. York Point Cottage är ett perfekt centralt läge för dem som vill turnera Prince Edward Island eller vara nära Charlottetowns urbana bekvämligheter.

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed at the cottage for our girls vacation and we couldn’t have been happier! Heather and Floyd are wonderful hosts! The cottage is beautiful, exceptionally clean and the water views are just stunning. We will definitely be back to stay again!

For our family of 3 it would be hard to find so perfect a space anywhere else. The scenery, the quality of the property, the easy access to services and locations and of course the professionalism of the owners - this experience is tops. A very responsive and excellent host(s) who wanted to ensure we had a super experience. The property is in a super waterfront location and as we are from Ontario and our friends are from Colorado it was nice to see the tides and the relaxing sounds of nature and the waves. Amazing location

We had an excellent stay at this property. Heather was an excellent host and the cottage was beautiful. We particularly enjoyed the sun room. The property was in a quiet location but was close to amenities and convenient for getting anywhere on the island.

Wonderful place- beautiful!

This cottage was beautiful, clean and very well-equipped. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Our family has stayed in many rental properties while on vacations across Canada, and this was one of the nicest we've visited. We would happily stay here again.

York Point Retreat

We had a wonderful week staying at 570 York Point, Cornwall. Hosts were very friendly and easy to contact. Home is very well appointed on a beautiful property overlooking the river. Photos are very accurate as to what this home offers to visitors. It's an easy drive to Charlottetown and other PEI destinations from this property.

Paradise

What an experience! This was the best short term rental we have stayed at on PEI. We cooked here every night with local produce and meat and the kitchen had evetything we needed for high end cooking. We will definitely try to book again for next summer! The views here will blow your mind!

Quick off season stay

We took a chance to try and rent this cottage on very short notice. Our hosts approved our staying there starting on the day they returned from their own vacation. The cottage is VERY nice and a fantastic central location on PEI. I can not recomend this property more highly. Amazing stay, fantastic hosts and a beautiful part of thr country.

Wonderful holiday getaway

From the start, we knew we were in for a great stay - Heather was responsive, met us at the door, gave us the tour, ensured we had what we needed. After that it was 5 days of our little family taking day trips and coming "home" to the cosy confines of this cottage - a nice mix of modern and beach rustic. Great water view, quiet location, all amenities you would need (thank you again fire pit! ) and location-wise, close to Charlottetown and Cows ice cream!

SOOOO beautiful

It was even better than on the pictures. The view is so amazing. You can see the bay from about any room in the cottage. Easy access to the beach and more than plenty outdoor chairs. Confort, accessories in the kitchen and bath room, games, everything was perdect. Heather was a great host. I recommand for sure!
