Mid Level: This floor is home to 3 more bedrooms including a lovely King mbr with double vanities and a private deck. There\'s also a King bedroom with flat-screen TV that shares a full bathroom with a Queen bedroom with flat-screen TV. The laundry area is also on this floor.

Top Level: Provides an open great room featuring a 50\' flat-screen TV with Blu-Ray player and surround sound and an electric fireplace. The gourmet kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances and the dining table seats 6 with seating for 4 more at the kitchen bar. Enjoy some cool ocean breezes from the top level deck. Rounding out this home is a half bath just off the kitchen.
