Mid Level: Here you will find 2 King main bedrooms, each with a TV. There is also a room that offers 2 Double beds, a TV, and a shared bath with another room sporting a DuoBunk and Trundle, and a TV. Top Level: The top level features the great room that offers a TV/DVD, CD/Stereo, and a gas fireplace. Just off the great room is the kitchen and dining area. The dining area seats 10, with 4 additional seats at the kitchen bar. Step up a bit and enjoy the ship\'s watch, or step outside to the large screened porch, the perfect place for those family seafood feasts! Rounding out this level is a half bath off the great room, a lovely King main bedroom, and a rooftop crow\'s nest deck for taking in the views! - For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available. Active surveillance cameras are located inside & outside of the home and will be turned off during your stay. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st. Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.
