"Hitta sandity"
Detta 5 sovrum hem beläget på en semi-oceanfront mycket har bättre "fri utsikt" än de flesta hus vid havet i 4WD-området. De nya ägarna har nyligen placerat det i vårt hyresprogram för de sista återstående veckorna under säsongen 2019. Den tredje nivån har en rymlig öppen planlösning l med kök, matsal, vardagsrum och skeppsvakt. Det stora sovrummet utanför vardagsrummet har tillgång till det främre däck med underbar havsutsikt och panoramautsikt över stranden. På baksidan av vardagsrummet hittar du ett bonusrum med fotbollsbord och en våningssäng för de små.
Den andra nivån har 3 hela sovrum och en fjärde omvandlas till ett spelrum med biljardbord och en bäddsoffa. Denna nivå har också gott om däckutrymme med tillgång till en badtunna.
På markplanet hittar du främre och bakre ingångsdörrar, bänkbord för fiskrengöring, utomhusdusch och commode och en parkstil. Den främre gården har en sanddyn med havre som bidrar till charmen i detta väl belägna hem.

Very spacious and each room had door to the porch which was great. The screen porch on the side was perfect to get away from the cool breeze but still able to view the ocean. The location was perfect with a great view of the ocean and area. We were able to watch the horses from the deck and even in the pool. Check in and out was very easy and hosts were great.

This was an excellent place to stay. Home was clean unbelievable views just amazing. If I had a negative it would be a soundbar for the TV is needed. Also 4x4 is highly necessary in order to get to property you will travel on beach and sand. Don't forget to Air Down your tires or you will get stuck. That's the good & bad!! you will love it!!

Family Vacation 2024

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house! Being right on the beach was great and very secluded which made for a peaceful stay. We saw wild horses everyday and some came right up to the fence around the pool. The house was very clean and felt like our home away from home! Will plan on visiting again very soon :)

Family Vacation

My family and I stayed for a week to end our summer before the kids go back to school. The property was well maintained, had everything we needed and communication with the host was wonderful. Everything was exactly as described. The pool was such a great feature because one day the beach was just too hot to be comfortable and have the kids play. There were plenty of games and movies to also keep the kids entertained. We had an overall amazing experience at this property.

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a wonderful week at Finding Sandity. The house was exactly as advertised. The wild horses roamed freely and we seen them throughout the week. One day they literally came right up to the pool fence grazing. We also got to see sea turtle eggs being buried (the sea turtle volunteers moved the original nest due to the likelihood of survival, and a 5ft shark caught right in front of our house. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to be back soon in the future.

Wonderful beach home,so much to enjoy

The house was beautiful. We did have trouble locating it as the mile marker for our turn over the dunes was absent. There were horses to enjoy watching every day but one, the upper deck was stellar for spending time sitting out, taking in the views, the walk to the beach over the dunes required energetic walking which was fun. We thoroughly enjoyed this whole experience.

Wild Paradise

A perfect place!

We loved this house! Everything was clean and perfectly as described! We came in at the tail-end of a stormy 2 weeks, so the roads leading into the house were a little surprising. Once we got over the initial scare of driving over the steep sandy hills, we actually had fun with it! The only recommendation we had for the house would be to add an additional small fridge somewhere for drinks. We just ended up using a cooler since the fridge was packed with food. Other than that, it was fabulous!

Family Celebrations

Rented the week in October to celebrate our ten year anniversary with our family. It was a nice location, not too far down the beach, but down enough to see horses every day off the beautiful deck! We even got to see a full moon that week over the coast and enjoyed many beautiful sunrises together. Thank you for the much needed break! We had a great time!

Amazing Views and House

We had 2 other families with ours and this house has the perfect layout. The house was super clean when we arrived. The owners have been doing upgrades as the 360 tour showed the old deck. The top deck when we stayed was just replaced with composite deck boards so I imagnine the second level deck will be replaced soon. The views are nothing short of amazing and we saw the wild horses every day we were there. They were right on the dunes right next to the pool one late afternoon. We loved this place so much we plan to stay again next year. If you bring all the groceries you need for the week, you truly have no need to even leave at all.

Loved the Location

Finding Sandity was a great vacation location for our family. Close to the beach, beautiful view, and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. Driving 3 miles on the beach was a cool experience and caused us to enjoy the home and beach more. We look forward to vacationing in the Outer Banks again soon.

Awesome house with obstructed window views

This house is amazing, and we saw horses almost daily! The location is great and offers all the amenities of home. I rented the house for the views, but the windows are so dirty ( especially to the north) we couldn’t enjoy the views to their fullest potential!

Good vacation

Great location for beach, and great views from the house. Saw the wild horses almost every day. Inside pictures very accurate. House was clean and in good shape. Pool was a great addition. Only negative was there were a good amount of bugs(midges) and spiders on the outside and exterior of house could use some attention. Overall though very happy with the rental and would recommend to others.
