Avoca Blue is a unique soundfront home located in the Currituck Club, a world-class golf and resort community. Situated on a small soundside peninsula in Magnolia Bay, the lot is surrounded by water, marsh grass and mature landscaping for a tranquil, secluded setting. After a day at the beach or exploring Corolla, come home and relax in the open-concept great room with a stunning view of Beasley Bay and what some have said to be the best sunsets in all of the Outer Banks. The living area leads out to a large waterfront deck with plenty of outdoor furniture for lounging while admiring the spectacular sunsets. It also overlooks the 11' x 26' private pool and hot tub. The pool can be heated certain times of the year, a must-have for off-season getaways. Just beyond the pool, a grassy backyard provides plenty of room for kids or dogs to run and play.

When you're not dining out, prepare meals at home in the kitchen where you can still enjoy a fabulous sound view while cooking. The chef in the family will appreciate the stainless steel appliances, including a brand new gas stove. The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main level and offers the same incredible water views and deck access as the living area. The suite also features a private bath with a double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower with dual showerheads. A second bedroom on the main floor and two more upstairs provide plenty of space for family and friends. Ideal for pets, tile and LVP flooring run throughout the entire home - you won't find any carpet in this house!

Everyone in your group can take advantage of all the great amenities that the Currituck Club offers, including a fitness center, tennis, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball and multiple outdoor pools. During the summer months, take a short walk to the trolley stop and use the complimentary shuttle service to get to the beach. Once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear (Memorial Day - Labor Day). Golf enthusiasts can book a tee-time or clinic at the world-class 18-hole championship course designed by Rees Jones.
