The Space:

This spacious beach home is designed for making lasting vacation memories. The top level features a bright open-concept great room with soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, comfortable seating, a TV, dining area, breakfast bar, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for preparing meals. The top level also includes a king master suite with an ensuite bathroom, a relaxing screened sunroom, hot tub access, and a spacious deck perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening sunsets.



The mid-level offers additional sleeping accommodations, including a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and deck access, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room featuring a twin-over-full bunk with a full trundle. A shared hall bathroom and a cozy den with TV and seating provide extra space for guests to spread out and relax.



Outside, you'll find your own private coastal oasis. Enjoy the fenced private pool, multiple decks with outdoor seating and an outdoor shower with changing areas. After a day spent at the beach, rinse off the sand, relax in the hot tub, or gather with family and friends in one of the many inviting outdoor spaces.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October** (unheated pool)**

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
