The ocean is full of amazing treasures and so is this magnificent, former-model home! No detail has been overlooked and every amenity is in place for your family. Enjoy the views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Currituck Lighthouse. Even the family dog is welcome.

The ground level features a lovely den with a TV, a double sofa bed, and a room with two singles and a full bath. On the main level, you will find a comfortable sitting room, a main bedroom with a beautiful custom-tiled shower, a room with a queen bed, and a room with Duobunk. There also is a full bath. The top level boasts a dining area with great lighthouse and sunset views and an artistically painted kitchen with granite countertops that enhance the experience. There also is a king main bedroom and a half bath. On-site amenities include a private unheated pool, a hot tub, three TVs, two DVDs, a central stereo, outside speakers by the pool and hot tub, video and books, and beach access 460 yards away.

Things to Know
The Village of Ocean Hills fitness center is offered to guests for a fee.For January and February bookings, please contact us to ensure the hot tub is available. TPrivate Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
