Charming family beach cottage located OCEANSIDE, 4 min walk to the warm wide sandy beaches of Corolla. Steps to the NEW Bonita Beach access and pedestrian pathway leading to the lifeguarded beach. Convenient location, walk or bike ride to Corolla Adventure Golf, Timbuck 11 Shopping, Super Wings, Food Lion, Bike Rentals, Lighthouse Bagels, Dunkin' Donuts, Dairy Queen, Lucky's Pizza, The Butcher Block, Bernie's Brother Tropical Grill & Bar, Fresh Seafood Markets, Corolla Light activities, Uncle Ike's Bar and Grill, Cosmos Pizza, walking and biking trails and so much more.

KEYLESS ENTRY. In Season this is a Sat/Sun rental, escape the Sat traffic book Sunday! Off Season we will work with you to accommodate selective days. LINENS INCLUDED and will be ready for your arrival. Comforters, blankets and extra pillows are included at the house.

Our home has a large open floor plan with updated comfy couches and chairs for the entire family to spread out and relax. NEW wall mounted Samsung Smart TV's, Apple Play, Mesh wireless high speed internet, all new bedding, pillows, newly painted bathrooms and new outdoor shower. We welcome you to our OBX Slice of Heaven!

Great home and location

We are so glad we chose this location for our long weekend. It worked out well for 3 adults plus a 1 year old. Getting to the beach was super easy and had everything we needed for beach days. Erika was very responsive before and during our trip. I highly reccommend this property!

Great to be back in the Outer Banks. The house was as described by the owners and was very comfortable and spacious. Tucked in a quiet spot in the neighborhood, it’s a short walk to the life guarded beach while still being super convenient to shopping, restaurants, golf, and the sports center. Our teen boys loved the OBX vibe and definitely want to go back. Erika was extremely gracious and helpful, providing many recommendations to enhance our stay. Many thanks to our hosts for a terrific week!

Wonderful stay. Property great

My spouse, myself and two teenage daughters stayed at E-Sea-Livin’ from 7-27 to 8-3 2024. Property was exactly as advertised. We were so pleased with everything. This was a last minute decision trip and were so happy to find this gem. We usually stay oceanfront, but I have to say this was just a quick 6 minute walk to beach with all our gear. Home was well appointed, and we used every inch of it! Loved the grills, used the outside shower, sat in the cozy sectional at night with the party lights on! Everything is super close ( Food Lion, Brewery , Super Wings, Ice Cream, Liquor Store, Corolla attractions …) We had to connect with owners on a few occasions with some minor issues , and they were quick to respond and quite helpful. We highly recommend this very reasonably priced property to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay at OBX ! Cheers! The Priebes

Great place to stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay here, loved the house and the location! Hosts were very responsive and helpful and loved the welcome gift. Plenty of space for eight and well stocked with kitchen items, beach items, supplies, games, etc. Would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent Host and Home!!

E-Sea-Living was just that. The host anticipated all our needs having everything set up. We only needed to bring ourselves. The beach is a short walk and all the food or services are less than a 5 minute drive. We had a blast. Wish we had extended our stay.

Great house

House was perfect for our family and found house better than pictures. Very clean, well stocked for anything we needed and short walk to beach. Erika was a great host! Really was easy

My family of 5 came down last minute and Erika, the host was very helpful. We had some issues with linens (not host, but linen company) and things were taken care of right away. The house was clean and comfortable. The ac and fans did a good job of keeping the house cool even during a hot hot week. The kitchen was a bit disorganized from renter use, so it seemed maybe some things like measuring cups/spoons were missing, but we may not have found them. Not a big deal, we went out most of the time anyway. It really was an easy walk to the beach, and the outside shower had hot and cold water, which was nice. We were visited by little green frogs on the windows attached to the deck at night, which were cute from inside. They were after the bugs, which were easily avoided on the screen porch. Would definitely stay here again, house worked great and Erika was top notch.

Fantastic stay - don't scroll past this one.

Great beach house - very clean and lots of amenities. Appreciated the beach items (less to pack!). Kitchen was well stocked and nice welcome gift on arrival. The owner was quick to reply and the whole process was so easy. Great layout and loved all the seating in the living room. I would definitely book again!

Just What We Needed

Exactly what we needed! I was looking for a last minute rental which is nearly impossible in the Outer Banks! Erika is an amazing host, she responds quickly and made the whole process smooth. The house was clean and in a great location. A short walk to the beach and a short drive to the grocery store/local shops/attractions.

All You'll Need, Plus Nice and Clean!

A lovely home with great sofas, a big, adjustable t.v., and a big dining table perfect for family game nights (plus a fabulous cabinet supply of games)! Clean, clean, clean and a close walk to the beach (or cut the close walk by half with a drive to public parking that's halfway to the beach). This house has all you'll need and many updated features (lights, great a.c., kitchen appliances, nice bathrooms). Also close to North Water Sports (parasailing!), two grocery stores (Harris Teeter and Food Lion), and Wild Horse Tours on a Hummer. Loved our stay!

Family vacation

We stayed here with our family of 7 (2 adults, 5 kids), and it was the perfect size for us. The first floor was open and spacious. The bedrooms were a good size. The whole house was very clean, with a well equipped kitchen. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. We’d definitely stay here again.
