"Sands of Time" är en välutrustad strandstuga designad med komfort, utrymme och skönhet i åtanke. Dess öppna planlösning och välutrustade kök gör det till det perfekta hemmet för familjesammanträden. Panoramautsikt över havet och flera bostadsområden är bara början på de många bekvämligheter som väntar på din njutning.
Den rymliga tredje nivån med omvänd golvplan erbjuder många potentiella sittmöjligheter. Välj att separera i intima grupper eller stora sammankomster efter önskemål. Det enorma gourmetköket har gott om utrymme för flera kockar och jublande åskådare. Naturligtvis kan de iakttaga från öns barstolar. Matsalen med plats för 10 är också ansluten till solrummet, som kan rymma fler gäster eller det senaste pusslet / spelet. Det stora rummet har underbar utsikt över havet och har fina lädersittplatser och ett stort underhållningssystem med surroundljud. Hitta lite avkoppling i fartygsuret, som har utsikt över det stora rummet. Det är underbart stora sittgrupper inbjuder dig att ta del i en lat eftermiddags tupplur eller ett lugnt samtal med en vän eller en bok!

Gå ner från trappan till andra nivån och du hittar två sovrum med privata badrum, ytterligare två sovrum med delat badkar, en tvättstuga och ett träningsrum. Nytt golv på denna nivå gör allt färskt! Få tillgång till stranddäck från alla nivåer i detta väl genomtänkta hem, liksom från fyra av de sex sovrummen.

An absolute pleasure

The owners have thought of so many "extras" that are above and beyond anything most people would expect from a rental. While it is definitely secluded from town, we were there to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday as a family. We used everything the house had to offer for fun and relaxation and had the best week on the beach. There was even an entire area full of toys for my niece and nephews!

It’s very well maintained and feels like a home and not a rental. The beds are very comfortable and the views are amazing. The only thing we didn’t like was the camera out back which made us feel uncomfortable.

Loved it!

We loved our stay at Sands of Time! We had a group of 13 - 3 families ranging from 12 - 50 years old. There was something for everyone to do and keep busy. It was clean, spacious and the kitchen had so many helpful items, since we cooked every meal while there. The walk to the beach was wonderful too - very close. Communication with the property manager was easy and prompt. We loved everything about it and plan to come back again. ❤️

Serenity in Cordova

The home is beautiful & was just as advertised. Perfect serenity for our entire family, which included 4 (under the age of 4) grandchildren. The home is fully stocked with just about everything you need. The bedrooms & bathrooms are all spacious. Laura was great at answering all my questions & provided great tips for getting around. She was always quick in responding too. The drive on the beach, is a must do if you have never done that before. I have nothing but positive feedback for this gorgeous rental. Absolutely great for multi-families vacationing together. Laura provided very detailed information from arrival to departure & everything you need in between. Thank you for everything you did to ensure we had a fantastic family vacation.

We opened the door to an interior that enhanced our beach experience with an esthetic interior decorated with inspiring art which must have been collected over years of travel. The house is totally functional with picture windows framing beach dunes and sea in the kitchen and bedrooms. Laura, from Carova Cottages quickly responded to all our questions and was available to handle any concerns during our vacation.

Any want or any need was fulfilled with how the home was fully stocked with ammenities. Throughout the kitchen you will find every cooking essential all the way to oyster shucking knives. The weather was not very kind so we found ourselves indoors more than we wanted but we were kept occupied with games, books and small secluded nooks to take an afternoon nap. We are absolutely returning for round two next year! It is a wonderful home!

The home was an instant favorite with everyone in my family. It is super comfortable--the furniture, the views, the decor, the diversions (gaming, etc.). Every bed in the house slept great. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and needs nothing. Every spot where you'd stand to see something outside had a pair of binoculars in reach! We saw wild horses in the yard daily, deer in the street, and even got to see a sea turtle during our stay. We had one minor hiccup getting the hottub operating, but mgmt was super helpful and responsive and got us on track swiftly. I've stayed in a ton of oceanfront homes and this one was probably the best! We'll be back!!

From the exhilarating drive down the beach to get to the house to the wonderful walks up the beach spying dolphins and seeing wild horses at every turn, our stay was fantastic. There was plenty of room for us to congregate - the spacious living room, the fun game rooms (inside and out), the bonus tiki bar, the front sunset-watching deck - yet space to hang by yourself in your spacious bedroom, your choice of outdoor decks, or other small nooks in the house. Well appointed, beautifully decorated. Highly recommend.

The house is wonderful, it’s exactly like the pictures and actually even better. We had the unfortunate luck of being there during a storm that lasted our entire stay, but the house kept us entertained and the location made it more interesting as we watched the sea from the house.

In the Ocean, in the pool, in the hot tub good times all around.

Well stocked with almost everything you can think of. 4 wheel drive required to get to house but well worth it. We saw wild horses most days. Check the tide charts and plan accordingly and you’ll have a great time.

Exceeded our Expectations

We just returned from our stay and all are in agreement that it was one of our favorite vacations ever! There were 9 of us, ranging from 71-10 years old. The house was great, the pictures really don’t do it justice. The location is wonderful and the directions given were perfect! Listen to the advice and be sure to air down! Driving on the 4x4 beach may not be for everyone, but we loved it. It totally enhanced our stay! The outdoor area was great and the pool was surprisingly large! We loved that the deeper water was in the middle and each side was shallow. We would have enjoyed an outdoor speaker system, maybe something to consider for a future enhancement! Having 3 full sized refrigerators was great, we used all of them! This house was so well thought out. The kitchen had everything we needed, even birthday candles and corn holders! I’m not sure if this is possible in the area but a water machine that holds the 5 gallon bottles would be a great addition, even at an additional fee for the renter. Laura, the PM, was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive.
