With panoramic ocean-to-sound views and plenty of comfortable outdoor living spaces, you will truly enjoy soaking it all in and sunning it up on one of the many open decks, covered porches and sitting areas. The large private pool with bar, poolside cabana, outdoor showers, hot tub and fire pit will provide hours of relaxation, enjoyment and entertainment with a private walkway to the beach beyond.

Inside, the experience is equally captivating with the sea-inspired professionally designed and decorated quality furnishings and decor. With a home theater room, exercise room, arcade, rec room and "Oyster Bar", there is something for everyone in your group. With sixteen master bedrooms: 14 Kings and 2 with bunk beds (2-twin/2-pyramid) to accommodate 38 guests (each with a flat screen TV and private bath), multiple sitting areas, dens, kitchens, dining and bar areas, along with 3 half baths (lower level, upper level and outdoor pool powder rooms) your party can easily spread out; of course, congregate together on the top level in the expansive great room with living, dining, kitchen, butler's pantry and "Sandbar" areas. This is so "Knot Home!" You will surely enjoy making it yours for a week or two.

Other notable features include an elevator, high-speed internet access, Apple TV in common areas, high capacity gas grill, as well as daily beach chair (6) and umbrella (2) set-up from Memorial Day to Labor Day, with the option to request additional products and services through OBX Beach Cabanas. Premium Linens are provided with beds made for all arriving guests. Guests of this home also receive reduced greens fees at the Kilmarlic Golf Club, and for a discounted fee, use of the Pine Island Racquet Club and Fitness Center.

This home welcomes up to 2 pets for an additional fee of $25 per day per pet ($175 minimum) plus tax. Pets shall be limited to (2) domestic, housebroken adult dogs (no puppies). Puppies are defined as dogs less than 18 months of age.
