Completely redesigned pool cabana area for better outdoor spaces around the private pool and a a new dry deck system on the 2nd floor deck! 2023 Updates included new great room furnishings, new kitchen appliances, new interior and exterior paint, the addition of 3 new bedrooms and 3 new bathrooms and an outdoor covered cabana area overlooking newly resurfaced pool with new pool heater. The covered cabana will have outdoor seating, ceiling fans, and a 65 inch TV.

Top Level: The top-level great room features a spacious living room with 2 large sectional couches and an 85' TV. Large dining table with seating for 14, bar top seating for 6, and seating for 4 at another table. Deck access off great room with additional seating overlooking the ocean. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
