This home has been completely renovated with a new kitchen, new tile floors throughout, new master shower, completely repainted interior and new outdoor furniture!



The Space:

Experience ultimate comfort and accessibility in this stunning oceanfront home. Level 1 features a master bedroom with a king bed and a handicap accessible bathroom equipped with wide doors, grab rails, and a shower bench. This level also includes two additional bedrooms with two twin beds and two bunk sets, a full bathroom, a theater room with surround sound, and a recreation room featuring a wet bar, full refrigerator, pool table, and television. Step outside to enjoy the hot tub or take the private walkway directly to the beach. Level 2 offers four master bedrooms with king, king, queen, and two duo bunk configurations, along with a cozy den featuring a large screen television, a half bathroom, and spacious decks with a covered entry porch. Level 3 is designed for gathering, boasting a master bedroom with a king bed and whirlpool tub, a half bathroom, and a gourmet kitchen. The expansive great room and dining area for twenty provide the perfect setting for meals, complemented by open decks with breathtaking views. An elevator provides convenient access to all floors.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the entire three level oceanfront home. The property features an elevator for convenient access to all floors. Outdoor spaces include multiple decks, a covered entry porch, and a private walkway leading directly to the beach. Guests also have access to community amenities including two swimming pools. The home itself includes a private hot tub, a theater room, a recreation room with a pool table, and a well equipped kitchen. The first level bedroom with full bath is designed with handicap friendly features including wide doors and grab bars.



The Neighborhood:

Access some of the largest, most beautiful beaches in Ocean Hill and enjoy close proximity to Historic Corolla, including Whalehead and Currituck Beach Lighthouse. Ocean Hill is a beautiful and laid back community but still close to local attractions and great restaurants, there is something nearby that everyone in your party!



For a one of a kind OBX experience, drive a few minutes down the road to Corolla Wild Horse Tours and take an open-air safari-style tour to spot the Corolla wild horses. For something a little more daring, check out North Beach Watersports for a spin on the water or Corolla Adventure Park where the daredevils in your family can climb over 60 different obstacle courses and ride 8 zip lines. And of course, you can’t stay in Corolla without visiting the Currituck Beach Lighthouse!

Getting Around:

The neighborhood is perfect for walking and biking to local attractions, though a car is recommended for exploring further afield. We provide free parking on the premises for your convenience. Please note that there is no public transportation in Corolla, so we suggest planning for a vehicle to reach major transit hubs or airports, such as Norfolk International Airport, which is approximately a two hour drive away.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the two community pools are available for guest use from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Regarding our booking policies, please be aware that if a reservation is cancelled, a processing fee may be applied regardless of the cancellation window. Our standard check in time is 16:00 and check out is 10:00. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book this property. We kindly ask that you observe our no smoking and no pets policy to ensure a comfortable stay for all future guests.
