Beach Front Home - Hopkins, Belize

Detta 5 sovrum, 4 badrum hemma, är idealiskt beläget söder om byn Hopkins i orten distriktet. En privat pool har utsikt över det vackra Karibiska havet och har en simbassäng i palapa-baren och en utomhusdusch. De fyra sovrummen har privata badkar, duschkabin och granitbänkskivor, tillsammans med king size-sängar och platt-TV. Loftet är utrustat med ett hällsområde med en storskärms-TV och 3 extra drottningssängar. Varje rum har luftkonditionering, inklusive det stora rummet och loftet på övervåningen. Det finns två stora täckta uteplatser, en på poolnivån och en på bottenvåningen för utsökt utsikt över havet. Huset har två vårdgivare på heltid för att hålla grunderna ute och daglig städning. En PADI-dykbutik ligger några fastigheter i norr. Djungelturer, ruinutflykter, fluefiske, offshore-fiske finns i överflöd i området och många restauranger / barer ligger inom gångavstånd från huset. Vi kan hjälpa dig till de mest välrenommerade platserna och tjänsterna i området. Det finns golfbilar att hyra från flera leverantörer i närheten av huset. Om du bör välja, finns det en lokal kock / kock att hyra dagligen för måltider. Det finns många livsmedelsbutiker för shopping i Hopkins centrum.

Incredible house

Paradise

Beautiful house on a beautiful beach and lovely staff. Easy access to daily activities, or just lay on the beach. Hopkins is full of friendly people and make the tourists feel welcomed. Excellent way to celebrate a big birthday with family.

Family Vacation

It was a relaxing enjoyable time. The home was comfortable and well maintained . Shelly prepared delicious meals and the staff provided for our needs. The area had multiple opportunities for adventure and nature sightings.

The House was Perfect for our Family. We used the Pool nonstop and my 2 grand daughter played in the sand. Unfortunately the sargassum was bad in the water but we knew to expect it. Shelley & Lesta were Awesome !!

Great family vacation

We have been to Belize several times. This was one of the best experiences. The great staff really made our time special. Shelly, Nancy and Lester are amazing. We were able to snorkel with a manatee for 30 minutes just off the beach.

The Best!!

Everything about this home on the beach was wonderful. The staff is so caring and accommodating. Our every question was answered and our every wish was granted. It's a beautiful house with plenty of room for our family of 12. The pool and beach was awesome! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Amazing

The house was better than we could have imagined. It was clean and the perfect size for our group. The pool and beach were fantastic. Shelley, Nacy, and Lester took the best care of us. We met some awesome people in Hopkins too. Highly recommend staying here and seeing Hopkins. We can’t wait to return.

4 family spring break in Hopkins

The house was perfect for each family to have their own room - so spacious and comfortable. The teens shared the beds in the loft. We used the sea kayaks and the pool many times and loved the upper deck at night.Shelley and her crew greeted us upon arrival and got us nicely oriented to the house. We also used Shelley to prepare 6 meals total which made our vacation even more relaxing. The house is walkable to a few bars/restaurants but we drive to the grocery and options in “downtown” Hopkins.

Just Wow!

This home is beautiful, the location ideal. The staff is top-notch - friendly, professional, truly caring. Great restaurants nearby. Favorite activity was snorkeling with Captain Brad of Caye Element. Our group of 7 adults had a fantastic 10 days in this home. We (a 3-generation family of 2 seniors, two adults and two kids - 6 and 11) spent a weeks' family vacation over Christmas here. It was wonderful. Mrs. Shelley took care of everything for us, including cooking all meals for us. For Christmas, we had shrimp and conch ceviche, and lobster two ways - grilled and lobster Newburg - also fresh deserts every night. This left us free us to be together and enjoy the pool and kids. Mr. Lesta picked coconuts for each of us and showed us how to get the milk. We wanted (and got) a quiet holiday away from others focused on enjoying the kids and each other. We never heard any drunken guests, loud parties or anything even though nice hotels were 2-3 doors down. The house felt really modern and upscale, freshly painted. Everything was as described. but the loving personal care Mrs. Shelley and her team provided us made it really special.

Great Property-Great Service

Shelley and Lesta are fabulous and work diligently to meet all needs. Very well stocked property. Beautiful bedrooms for all occupants. Walkable to multiple restaurants. With bad weather, pool heater not working was a disappointment. Areas of improvement are need for a good grill; beach chairs for all occupants;beach toys, a kayak and a fully functional paddle board.

Absolutely Amazing!!

I can't say enough good things about this place. The house is beautiful but what really makes this place special is the staff. We genuinely enjoyed our time with them. Do yourself a favor and hire Mrs. Shelly to do all of your cooking. You'll thank me later. Oh, and I highly suggest flying into Dangriga instead of trying to drive. Book now, don't wait!

Everything about this house and its staff was perfect! We had a group of 10 for a 50th bday celebration. Mrs Shelly had an incredible dinner ready for us the evening we arrived that was so delicious. Mr Lesta was there to help get us settled as well. The house is beautiful and plenty big for everyone to stretch out and have space. The pool and beach is immaculately kept. Mrs Shelly helped us book all of our excursions, transportation, and any meals we wanted at home. Definitely leverage this!The village is safe, beautiful and FUN!! Highest recommendations all around! We will be back!

Great house, amazing staff

We had a great stay at Casa Los Suenos. The house is large and well-equipped and the location on the beach is incredible! But the best part was the staff. Shelly, Nancy, Kendra and Lesta were fabulous…so warm, friendly & helpful. They prepared delicious food and maintained the house and beach. Shelly helped us plan tours and took great care of us. The village of Hopkins is so friendly and the people are lovely. We loved getting to know the staff and learning about them and the community. The house was great for our extended family of 10. The beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Week in Hopkins Belize

Great property. Great Host and communication. A great team of support - grounds, meals, housekeeping. Great location with a very laid back vibe. Close to nice restaurants. Although the meals prepared by Miss Shelley and Kaleefa were wonderful. Nancy made sure the house was always in order. Lester kept the grounds and everything else in great shape. When we needed some guidance they all gave great counsel. We enjoyed the ruins, Cockscomb preserve and fishing. Dwayne and team have all the best contacts. Thanks for a great week.

A Dream Vacation

Our stay in Hopkins was unbelievable. Our group of nine adults had plenty of space for congregating and privacy. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The pool was comfortably heated, the beach cleaned and raked. Miss Shelley had a delicious dinner cooking for us when we arrived and Lester was readying the pool. They were the real stars of our stay We were worried staff may cramp our style but they truly made the trip. Shelley set us up with fantastic tour guides for Mayan Ruins, cave tubing, and zip lining. Lester was incredibly kind and thoughtful, checking on us daily and readily available. We have all decided we need to stay longer next time or maybe just move to Belize! We could not have dreamed of a better place to stay. Perfection.

Definitely a thumbs up from our group!

We just left from our week stay and couldn’t have been more pleased with this fantastic property! From the first day, the staff was so accommodating, from replacing a broken ac in one of the bedrooms to helping with coordination of excursions to cooking and housekeeping. We had Miss Shelly cook a couple of times for us and they were some of our best meals of our week. The pool and beach were meticulously kept by Lester and Nancy made sure we had clean towels and made beds. This house was one of the best ones we’ve ever stayed in as far as stocked supplies. We had bathroom supplies, sunscreen, fresh water and stocked cupboards with supplies and items in the refrigerator. We highly recommend this property for your stay in Hopkins!!

Great family 50th Anniversary Celebration

My wife and I celebrated our 50th Anniversary with our kids and grandkids - party of 11. The property was great, offering plenty of space for privacy but also lots of areas for family activities. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, and its beachfront location provided a scenic haven for our family time together. The property staff welcomed us for checkin and did an incredible job of making our stay so special. They even decorated our bedroom to help us celebrate our 50th! Be sure to engage Ms. Shelley to prepare your meals, as she is an excellent cook who prepared some great meals for our family, and she can help arrange excursions too. There’s also Lester who makes sure the properly is well maintained and everything works. Bottom line-I can highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a family vacation in a quiet and beautiful beachfront location.

Perfect vacation

I can’t rave enough about our trip or this house. We were here for a family vacation that turned into a wedding. So it was very short notice, but Shelly, Nancy, Kendra and Lester made it happen. we hired Shelly to do all the cooking for us while we were there, (so I had a vacation as well), and the food was exceptional. Nancy made sure that the laundry was taken care of and the house was clean. Again, I didn’t have to lift a finger. They were so helpful when it came to excursions. The house is right on the beach so you get to listen to the waves as you fall asleep at night. The beach was kept clean at all times, as well as the pool. Lester cracked open fresh coconuts for the kids. A+ service and I think our favorite Vacation so far.

Absolutely beautiful

Our family spent a week at this location. The property is exceptionally well kept and modern. All of the amenities functioned well. Close to pool bar and dock bar for food and drinks. We cannot say enough wonderful compliments about the staff. They took good care of us. Shelly is an amazing cook and tour organizer. Nancy and Lester took care of the house and grounds. They were also great company and we share plenty of stories and laughs together. They were the special ingredient that made our vacation exceptional. Hopkins is a special place. The locals are friendly and appreciative. I hope it keeps its small town charm and does not become touristy or over developed. Everyone in our family agreed that we would stay at this same location again. Thank you for everything. Be well.

Perfect house on the beach

Our family absolutely loved our week long stay at Casa los Suenos. We had six adults and two boys, ages 10 and 13. Each couple, including the boys, enjoyed their own spacious bedroom and bathroom. The living area, open kitchen and large veranda overlooking the pool and beach provided so much space for us that we hardly used the large loft area at all. We enjoyed walks along the beach, paddle boarding and snorkeling with the equipment provided, swimming in the pool and the Caribbean Sea, and just relaxing in the beautiful setting. Shelley, our house manager, arranged three excursions for us: a boat ride on the Monkey River with a walk in the jungle to see and hear the howler monkeys, a tour of a nearby chocolate farm with Mayan chocolate tasting, and a snorkeling trip to Bread & Butter Caye and the Barrier Reef. She also arranged for us to rent a golf cart for the week so we could go into Hopkins Village whenever we desired. Shelley and her excellent staff provided two breakfasts and three dinners which we selected from her delicious menus. Lester, our groundskeeper, was on call 24/7 to help us with any needs, including picking and cutting coconuts from our trees, getting out the snorkeling equipment, and taking our family Christmas photos. Housekeeping was provided upon request.We highly recommend Casa los Suenos and its friendly, caring staff for any family looking for a relaxing, fun vacation in Belize!

Words Cannot Express!

I can’t say enough great things about this property and the people who run it! The moment we arrived, Shelly and staff had fresh drinks made and a 5 star meal in process. Almost immediately, they felt like part of the family. The rooms are gorgeous, the house was clean and well kept, and the meals were five star. Shelly cooked most of our meals there. Highly recommend!!! She even accommodated the rest of our party that arrived on the last day in Hopkins and stayed down the road. While everyone was there for dinner (23 of us plus the staff) it still didn’t feel crowded. Lester, the maintenance guy, was fantastic! He made us fresh coconuts on request, had the beach and pool looking like no one had been there every morning, and hung out with us by the pool. We learned so much about Belize in our conversations and we made a lifelong friend in him. I‘ve never experienced customer service like this. I have never felt like more of a VIP yet still family than I did with these wonderful people. It seemed everything was done before I even knew we needed it. Five stars all around!!! I can’t wait to come back and see everyone. ❤️
