“Room was nice and clean. However, there was no hot water in the shower. We told the clerk there and she said they would address the problem. Staff was courteous.”

“The refrigerator worked fine but no dish soap, paper towels, or utensils. Room seemed clean but very run down! Heater worked fine! ”

“Check in was great! Very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Very friendly staff- everyone always smiled and greeted us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. What I enjoyed the most was the safety. If there was one downside, it was be having to pay for breakfast. Thank you for a great stay, when we come back, we will definitely stay here again. ”

“Decent hotel in a good area of Albuquerque. Nothing special but clean and does the job for a business visit. Room cleaning was only every third day “due to Covid”.”

“I had messed up on my reservation, and Jovan and Jason went out of their way, way out of their way to accommodate my mistake, I had meant to reserve for 3 nights and only reserved 2 nights. I had to reserve a room for the first night wasn't able to combine the rooms because I had gone thru expedia, Jovan made the switching of the 2 room the next day a breeze didn't have to check out at 11 and wait for my room at 4. i was moved and settled into new room before 11.
