"Homeless people roaming around the motel and the door wasn't possible to lock properly. One of them screamed repeatedly outside my window in middle of the night.
Reception accidentally froze $525 instead of $100 which was required for deposit. So I didn't have any money during my stay here. They sent the money back, but I don't know when it will be back in my account. No help other than a recommendation to talk with my bank about it was given by the hotel & Hotels.com
If possible, make sure to only have just enough money for any deposits/charges, so this won't happen to you, because no one will help you."
