The bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size with all the linens and towels needed. The wall bunk beds were comfortable too. “Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel did not meet our expectations. The room we were first given was located right next to the elevator and the lobby bar, which caused significant noise throughout the evening. In order to move to a quieter room one floor up, we were required to pay an additional fee — something we found unreasonable given the circumstances. We had expected better service and understanding from the staff. ”
