Bay Tree Condos A1 is a studio condo that has been remodeled and redecorated. Tile floors, comfy furnishings, balcony with a view of the intercoastal waterway! Large swimming pool, tennis, and pickle ball courts. A private lit fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips, for rent. This condo is located on the second floor, with no elevator access. No smoking, NO pets. Parking for 1 standard size vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
