Not reasonable company to deal with

We never made it to the rental. They evacuated visitors before we even checked in. Because we didn’t get traveler’s insurance, we lost our payment. Tried to reschedule but the rental property was not easy to deal with.

Courtyard around the pool has beautful, full of plants and flowers, saw many huming birds feeding on the the plants. The beds were awesome. Plenty of comfortable seating for our group of six women.

Perfect location

This was the perfect place for our family. We were able to easily walk to the beach. The condo has its own outdoor space that opened to the parking lot. Very handy for loading luggage in and out. The property gate is outside the living room window and can be heard when closed. The pool around is green and beautiful! Overall a great place to stay

Perfect Family Vacation!

I never write reviews but my family and i enjoyed this trip so much that I couldn’t help not to! I have 2 small kids, traveling 3 hours to the beach can be a little chaotic-but it was all smooth!!! Resort is beautiful, pool is perfect, location-perfect! 10/10!!!! Thank you

Disappointed with the property

Hello, We enjoyed our stay in corpus christ. There are some concerns we had with this property. 1. 2nd bedroom exhaust fan does not work. 2. 2nd bedroom electric outlet does not work and it is not a GIF outlet. 3. 2nd bedroom shower drain is slow clogged. 4. Master bedroom there is so much sand in the window you can not open it all the way. 5. Masterbedroom sheets are old and pilly. 6. Living room coach the legs are broken it is sitting on boards. Needs to be raised up. 7. Kitchen the cake pan and cookie sheet are rusty. 8. 3 big garbage bags for 2 weeks is not enough. 9. Outside light must be on a timer comes on during the day. No lights when coming back at night. I will say the maintenance person, Joe I think, was very friendly and helpful. I have always rented long term from individuals and after renting with your corporation I will continue to rent from individuals. I felt your major concern is that I got out by 10 a.m. Gaelen Kesler

Nice Condo

We found the property as it was listed. It was very nice place to stay for a few days, beach just across the street. Beds were very comfortable and had lots of amenities to supply our needs. Property manager provided all the information needed. Would stay again if we get that way.

The place was in a great location. Unfortunately you will want to eat out. Most of the pots and pans had dried up food and dishes were hit and miss on cleanliness. Had a few roaches. Hopefully they stayed there and none came home with us

Good place

2 of the 3 TVs I could not get to work. Only hade one trash bag for a four day stay. Other than having to use my own fire stick in the living room And having to buy trash bags, this was an awesome stay I will be staying here again. I will say don’t mind the “violators will be towed” sign the apartment manager, not Vacasa, told me he could careless about parking unless you have a trailer.

Location is awesome

The location is the best we only walk a minute or less especially with little kids very convenient. The building is old but they did renovated inside. I wish they cleaned more the second bedroom we found pretty big stain and you can’t miss it right on top sheets of the blanket on the right side( we Laila it on the floor and we didn’t use it). I love they have laundry and complete with kitchenette although we didn’t use much. It would be nice if they can allow us at least 1 hour earlier to check in cause travel road trip with 2 little kids pretty tired and challenging. It took us an hour to get the message back from the management ( I wish they have direct no that we can contact directly since we are on vacation and not with our phone all the time). But overall it was good thanksgiving getaway for all of us we enjoyed more of the beach , kids love the water and the weather is perfect .

This property was very easy to rent and pictures are spot on!! My 2 grandkids-(6 & 8) ran inside and we felt at home. We definitely will stay here again. Our beach vacation was awesome and relaxing and we had to drive 8 hours!

Seahorse #105 is a nicely furnished and well stocked downstairs apartment on the NW corner of the complex. The r This property is just on the other side of Windward Dr. from the Michael J. Ellis Beach and Seawall parking lot, making it super convenient to walk or drive. Beach parking (requires a $12 pass that you can purchase at the Stripes around the corner or just about anywhere) is just down the road too, if you want to get tha much closer. We did both...
