Clean condo, but dishes weren’t very clean. Enjoyed staying here. Was able to communicate with the owner, responsive and nice guy. Recommend this if you’re looking for something small and within budget.

It was a fabulous stay. 2 pools and a short walk to the beach. The only thing was the elevator wasn’t working and the place was on the top floor. So lots of flights of stairs.

No issues with the room. It was a cozy condo as listed and for the price, it served its purpose. However it's located on the 3rd/4th floor and the elevators were broken. The floors are very bouncy. I wouldn't recommend small children. Still had a small ant issue but we came prepared. Easy fix. Very Close to Texas Aquarium,Lexington museum and beach as indicated. Still had an ant but we came prepared.

The condo itself was very neat, clean, and the perfect size for my family of 3. Check in was a breeze. The host was very responsive and helpful. The property though needs a little upkeep. The elevator was broken so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs. And the stairwell was kinda icky and dark. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and wouldn’t mind staying here again.

The host was fantastic and I felt like the unit was nice. It was obvious that she has worked on making it welcoming. However, the community and building were in bad shape. There was trash in the stairwells, exposed pipes with cracked paneling, and needing painting through out.

Nice spot on the beach

Met my standards, the property has 2 pools and beach access. My only major issue was contacting the host.
