The bathroom is generously sized, showcasing a tiled shower, ample counter space, bright lighting, and a convenient stackable washer/dryer. A semi-private wall subtly divides the living and sleeping areas. 1 queen bed, and 1 queen sleeper sofa, each equipped with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 average sized vehicle space, 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands will be provided.. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve.
