Denna 2 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet erbjuder underbar havsutsikt. Dörren till denna lägenhet öppnar in i vardagsrummet / matsalen. Det finns ett fullt utrustat kök med allt du behöver. Det första sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och det andra sovrummet en kung, båda sovrummen har eget badrum. Det finns också en queen-size bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Good beach access, comfortable

No real problems, I was happy with the communication. The place was a bit small, but perfectly comfortable for few days. I would have liked better water pressure in the shower and this place should really supply mosquito spray (CVS was out!) because we got seriously attacked by mosquitoes on the short walk to the beach. But I would stay here again.

Clean condo inside. The property needs some work.

Had a nice stay. Condo was clean inside. Balcony was closed due to “maintenance”but we didn’t see any maintenance work happening. Internet was horrible…kids iPads wouldn’t work. Property needs work. The parking spots were completely muddy after just one quick rain…they never dried up (we were there 4 days). Had to back out just to load and unload every time we left. The whole property seems to be in a low area, as many of the picnic tables and BBQ grills were in marshy areas full of high grass and standing water. The playground was very run down and not what was pictured (unless there was a 2nd playground that we never saw). Pool area was very nice, as was the game room area.

Good for the price

Not a complainer but the floors are so bizarre. They are laminate and something is wrong with the subfloor because walking barefoot on these floors you feel a spongy sensation and feel the laminate separating under your feet. Also you can’t use the fan in the back room because it makes a horribly loud vibration humming sound… just awful! I would get both these things fixed… hard to ignore.

Great location. Place was well maintained. Balcony was off limits so that was kind of a downer and limited our quiet time when my 4 year old was napping as well as my father. We were really looking forward to the balcony space. Condo was clean but did find 2 drawers in maim bedroom with boxes of food in them.

Beachy getaway

The location of this property to the beach is perfect. It's just a straight walk down the boardwalk. The condo was clean and stocked with all the essentials like pots, pans, coffee maker, coffee mugs, towels, and paper towels. I could see us staying here again.

Nice property dirty bathroom was not cleaned before we got there.

The bathroom was disgusting because it was not cleaned before we arrived, so the rest of the stay was uncomfortable due to the fact that upon arrival the shower was dirty. There maintenance issues being addressed during our stay which had strangers coming into our condo for issues we did not call for. We did call and they cleaned the bathroom the night after arriving and did refund one night stay. The place has a tone of potential to be a great place to stay.

Beach getaway

Property was nice. Close to the boardwalk which goes to the beach. The playground was close also which was nice for the kids. They have a grill next to the unit with picnic table. Overall a nice beach property.

Beachhead review

Over all the condo was clean and well equipped with kitchen appliances and bathroom necessities. The only critic I’d have is upon arrival to pick up the instructions, wristbands, and info for the condo we were second In line over hearing the conversation between the customer and the person working there. They were given more information with them and when it came to our turn our papers and wristbands were given to us with the exact opposite Verbal information for the condo as the previous renter. It’s not a big issue because it didn’t affect the outcome of the condo itself or our trip, but equal customer service should be given especially when the previous renter got so much useful info about the same condos we were staying at and we got a hello and given papers and a goodbye.

Left a Day Early

This unit could be improved with comfortable dining (and sitting) chairs instead of the flat wooden chairs that are there and a couple of throw rugs to help trap some of the sand. The pots and pans in the kitchen are old and very worn, especially the skillets, which took half of the eggs we cooked into their worn surfaces. Very disappointing considering the price of the rental. Since COVID 19 is not going away any time soon, the comfort of rentals is more important now than ever- spending $300-400 to replace the chairs, gets some usable pots and pans, a couple of throw rugs and fix the blinds so they open - would all be good investments. The property itself is fairly worn and has a lot of weathered wood. The best place on the property is a newer club house with games and activities near the pool, which was also nice.

A perfectly lovely stay
