Sandpiper WS131 offers lots of extras in this LARGE 2.5 bedroom townhome with sleeping room for up to 7 people. Walking distance to the city marina, Trout Street Bar and Grill, The Sip Yard, Tortuga's, Castaway's, Desserted Island Ice Cream, Roosevelts, and Fisherman's Wharf. Short golf cart ride to the beach. Upstairs is a charming primary bedroom that has an updated bath and King bed! Downstairs offers an open floor plan. You will find a queen bedroom with ensuite bath. The second downstairs sleeping area has a queen with a full bath steps away. There are 2 sleeper sofas in the living room. One is a full size and one is a twin for a little one. The kitchen which is equipped with modern appliances and electronics. There is a stack-able washer and dryer in the unit. Step out onto the back porch into the inviting waters of the pool shared only with 3 other units! Parking for 2 vehicles only.

- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 small pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
