Welcome to Family Tides at La Mirage. 314 offers great balcony views of the tropical, palm-lined courtyard and pools, and stunning gulf and bay views from the breezeway. Covered, assigned parking and elevator are very close to the unit. Enjoy a completely remodeled and upgraded unit where everything is new, has a modern coastal vibe, and is serene, comfortable, and relaxing.

The kitchen is stocked with all new appliances & cooking necessities to create any family meal. Family Tides offers counter-height table seating for 4, with additional breakfast bar seating for 2. Or take your meal to the private, shaded balcony table outside, with seating for 6.

The well-appointed bedrooms allow for blissful, beach dreaming and relaxation. The primary bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed with a newly remodeled en-suite bath with a porcelain tub. The secondary, or kids' room, offers a 3-tiered fun twin bunk bed and a new remodeled bath with a shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs for streaming preferences and/or cable viewing.
The living room area with muted coastal tones offers a relaxing area to wind down the day, stream your favorite shows on the large smart TV, or utilize the queen-size sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space.

We had a great stay last weekend. Loved the layout of the condo and accessibility to the amenities/beach. The kids were very excited that there were even extra pool and beach toys to choose from.

Beach vacay

Enjoyed our time here. It was clean and comfortable. The teens could swim, get to the beach, play pickleball, etc. abd we didn't have to worry about them. It was a relaxing trip for all.

My family and I had a very good time, with one exception. The shower/bathtub had no mat. I slipped Thursday night 6/12/2025. I hit my head and back. Thank God that I am ok and only sore.

Washing machine broke, didn’t replace.

The washing machine broke while we were there and was not fixed. I was given the option to use the front desk to wash my personal clothes between the hours of 8-4pm. It became very inconvenient and some of my family members didn’t feel comfortable having their clothes washed my another person. Also, there were a few outlets in the master room that didn’t work, the master sink didn’t drain, and the master tub was extremely slick with no anti slip mat. I messaged the host regarding the offer washing machine and didn’t receive a response in return. Everything else was great and short walk to the beach.

Room 314

The place was nice. Area wasn’t bad, the amenities were okay. We were looking forward to the splash pad as we had a little one but it didn’t work so that was disappointing. The condo itself was comfortable, though the master sink was not draining well so we couldn’t really use it.

Condo near beach

The accommodations were nice, however i have a few suggestions. To give your condo a more modern feel,I would update the kitchen,replacing the old style baseboards in the bathrooms and replace some of the furnishings along with bringing in some vibrant beach decorations. I suggest this as their are other condo's in your buildings that have done so and along with hopefully charging a little more,I believe you would see higher occupancy.

Condo 314

The condo was nice and looks just as pictured. I would recommend adding black out curtains to the master bedroom and a sturdier shower rod to the guest bath. More wall decor in the main living area would make it feel more homey. The furnishings are very nice. The front door lock needs to be oiled, it is difficult to insert the key and tricky to lock and unlock. Overall it looks like you have put in some good work to the condo so far. I would recommend friends and family to your condo.

Great little getaway weekend!

Even with chilly weather and wind, we had a blast. The kids loved being able to watch tv/movies in their room or the living room, everything was clean and new, and the beds were very comfortable!
