This 3-bedroom 2.5 bath condo, sleeps 10, has updated stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, granite counter tops, fully stocked kitchen with a drip coffee maker. Plenty of cabinets & counter space for all your culinary needs. A large laundry room with a washer & dryer for your use along with room for storage.
As you walk in the front door to your left BD1) has queen bed and a set of twin bunks, a decorative partition separates the two, a closet and hanging lamps complete the room. Around the corner is BD2) it has a queen bed, a chest and a closet for all your beach attire, hanging lamps also on each side of the bed. In the hall is a full bath with a tub/shower combo and granite counter tops. Down the hall to the left is the half bath with a stunning bowl type sink.
The dining / living area is an open area with a large sliding glass door, that opens numerous ways to enjoy your view of the Gulf.
The dining area has a beautiful glass table with 6 chairs, 4 barstools at the bar area, for a total seating of 10.
The living area has a sectional style sofa, TV complete with cable and Wi-Fi, end tables and lamps make a fine addition to the room.
BR3) The master bedroom adjoins the living area, with an accordion style door to slide across for privacy. Complete with king size bed, nightstands, a large closet and hanging lamps. The ensuite full bath has a walk-in shower and a double sink with granite countertops.
Then there is the balcony… Perfect View, it has a small round table with a few stools and a couple of chairs, so you can sit and watch the sun rise in the morning, breath in the sea air during the day, watch the sunlight dance across the dunes and water as it sets behind you….
There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9a.m. to 10p.m with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3Ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep. There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked to not throw trash in after 10p.m. or before 8a.m.
To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building. On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day. The parking lot has handicap and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading. If you have boat, trailers, or Jet Ski's they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot.
