  • Relax and unwind at our recently renovated beach view condo! This cozy beautifully decorated condo is right on the beach. This 420 sq ft. condo is perfect for a couple or a small family looking for a beach getaway. Beach Haven condo is located close to many attractions such as the Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, Whataburger Stadium, Hurricane Alley Waterpark, and many downtown restaurants.

    Condo Space
    This cozy newly renovated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom beach condo is a short 2-minute walk to the beach. It offers a new Queen size bed with a pillowtop mattress, (2) Twin sized bunk beds for the kiddos, and a full-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. The condo has a small kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. We provide all dishes, utensils, toaster, blender, and hand mixer. There are (2) televisions in the space (living and bedroom).

    The complex has (2) private pools, barbecue grills on the property, and picnic tables. We are on the top floor of building #1 which is where the heated pool is located during winter months. There are coin and credit card operated washer/dryers located on each floor. We do provide free Wi-Fi, basic cable tv, and you will have access to Netflix. There is elevator access to reach Beach Haven condo.

    ***Upon check-in at the front office, you will be charged a non-refundable $15 check-in fee which will go towards parking, a gate access card, and wrist bands to use the pools and amenities. The complex is also currently under renovation. They are currently replacing all exterior siding and painting during the weekdays.

They are remodeling the complex so when u pull up it looks not great,but our room was decorated very cute and had a great view of the uss lexington and the bridge had a great view of the beach and your right on the beach ,the condo had everything we needed i would stay again in a heart beat the host answered all questions i had,the only promblem i had is the corpus christi rain we only had 2 good days on the beach but we cant control mother nature i would give our stay a 10/10 and great for our 25th anniversary.

Clean condo with good beds and a cold ac. They were doing work on the property but you can still access all the amenities. Great place to stay if you are wanting to have nice beach access and close to the Lexington and Aquarium.

The condo was very clean and organized, and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach access was right outside the building and there were chairs and floating noodles available for me to take to the beach.

The CUTEST little spot with great views! It was perfect for our Easter weekend getaway. Everything was clean and organized. Host was super helpful with check in and it was so easy! The main bed was everything from the pillows and the duvet, I was ready to skip all weekend activities to just stay put!

The location was perfect for what we needed. Easy access to the beach, and great location for the aquarium or to go see the USS Lexington. The outside of the condos I will say is not very inviting, there is construction going on which is not a problem and does not get in the way of anything. But the elevator was definitely sketchy and the hallways to get to your condo is also very sketchy. I will say everyone we came into contact with was extremely friendly which made us feel a little safer. I had made some small hiccups with check in and our host was very attentive and responded quickly and took care of us so well! I definitely think they are trying to better these condos but it’s going to be awhile before it gets to that point. We may try here again in a few years after remodel. The pictures to this condo were pretty accurate, you can tell it’s an older condo, very musty but that’s to be expected living right there on the ocean. Air conditioner worked very well and great water pressure for showers. Beach was also super empty and quaint which was perfect for our small children we had with us.

I was nervous to book due to renovations, but we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well decorated this unit was. The view was amazing and everything was set up for my family to have a great visit. The bed in the bedroom was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Thank God my dad was willing to take the couch and let me have the room. I slept like a baby; I even had to reach out and ask the owners for the purchasing details on it. Outside is rough right now and there were some other guests that were not cleaning up after their dogs and their main gate was having issues and we had to get a new card to open it every single time, but this unit was so comfy, clean, & cute that didn't even bother us. We would definitely book a stay there again. The only thing that could make it any better is more soap (we are big hand washers) and more towels & better beach towels. I can not use the same towel twice so that left me washing towels for a 3 day trip, but other than that, everything was wonderful. Owners are super kind and helpful, and unit is in a great location.

We had 3 adults staying. The property had a good view from the balcony. The sofa made out into a bed but it was very uncomfortable so one adult chose to sleep in a bunk bed that was meant for a child. It was a squeeze for sure but they said it was better that the sofa bed. We stayed 4 nights and three washcloths were provided. We notified the owner and she offered to have some door dashed to us, but we would have had to pay $10 to have them washed and sit around and wait while they washed & dryed and we did not want to spend two hours waiting on laundry while we were on vacation. We ended up using the hand towels as washcloths. The last day we were there, we were removing the sheets from the beds as we had been instructed to do and discovered that the twin bed mattress cover had numerous dark spots on it that looked like mold/mildew. Ugh! Also, it says beach chairs are provided but they aren’t in very good shape so you really should bring your own. We were told ahead of time that the complex was undergoing renovations. They were major renovations and there was plywood on the floors, ceiling, and walls in the condo hallways. There was no lighting in the elevator entrance and that made us a little nervous at night. We always made sure to be in a group. The last day when we got ready to leave, the elevator was down so we hauled our luggage down 3 flights of stairs.

The condo was in a great location super close to beach. Nice view of bridge and water. Several things in walkable distance. Nice paved walkway along the beach. Nicely decorated and host was super responsive. Pool Was not working (heater) and there was construction on our building but disruption was minimum from that. We had a great stay!
