    Gulf View från din 3: e våningen balkong, vardagsrum, sovrum och även njuta av din utsikt över viken medan du slappar i poolen.
    Du kommer att Sooooo njuta av kvällar på din balkong Ser ut mot viken, i skuggan, med Gulf Breeze, en tid att njuta av.

    Denna 2 sovrum 2 badrum 6 sovplatser, och har en utdragbar bäddsoffa. Sovrummet med viken har en king size-säng, ja en kung och badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-s��ng och en enkelsäng med ett badrum. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver.

    Det finns 2 parkeringsplatser som finns i täckt parkering under lägenheten. Överflödesparkering finns på parkeringsplatsen nära frontkontoret.

    Obefläckade grunder med en strandpromenad hela. En lekplats för barnbarn, sandvolleyboll, hästskor, basketboll.

    Du kan lounge i poolen och fortfarande se viken, det är verkligen fantastiskt.

    Din mycket egen täckt parkeringsplats! Håll din bil skuggad från solen. Du kommer att njuta av den korta promenaden på strandpromenaden till stranden genom Ever Changing Dunes.

    FYI Port A Beach House Company förvaltar denna speciella lägenhet och en lägenhet intill, så om du letar efter att boka för en viss händelse eller samla med en grupp, håll detta i åtanke.

Perfect beach stay for a family!

This location is excellent as it has a boardwalk right to the beach, situated right downtown, really nice interior, and great amenities at your fingertips (pool, game room, and park!!!)

Wonderful Stay

It was a wonderful stay, and would definitely stay here again. Perfect cute little condo with wonderful views. We had a few minor issues upon arrival, but communication was great the whole time and everything was fixed ASAP. My entire family enjoyed it.

Nice place!

Very clean, within walking distance to the beach. Nice outdoor patio with a view. We brought our own toiletries and towels but the place still had some. All appliances worked and were in good condition. Very nice stay. Would stay here again.

Beautiful property, and close to the beach

I loved this property. Everything was magical except that I ended up losing my car keys so I had to have my other set over nighted. So we weren’t able to experience Port Aransas properly. Otherwise, my nieces LOVED EVERYTHING. The pool was exceptional, and everything was wonderful.

Beachhead

The only complaint we had was there was no Elevator and 3 flights of steps was horrendous with all the stuff we had. So first day was exhausting but the pool made it all better Last day we lowered all non breakables off the balcony in trash bags made it so much better. Good stay

Weekend Getaway

The location is clean and well kept. We had a little trouble getting in our condo initially due to not realizing we had to manually turn the deadbolt not the door handle in order to open the door after entering the code. Our call of despair on the matter was answered very quickly. 😅 The AC in this condo worked very well! Our view from the balcony was so nice and The boardwalk to the beach was very convenient.

Close to great

We really enjoy the location and site of this stay! Easy access to the beach, beautiful view of the ocean from balcony and pool, and fun game room! However, the unit itself has a few disappointments. There is a strong smell of mold and we believed to see mold inside the trash cupboard. The toilets barely flushed and there aren’t adequate plungers available in the unit. The smart/touch kitchen sink faucet batteries died and we had to disengage the mechanism to get water and we never heard back from property management on getting it fixed. Limited paper goods available for longer than a couple days of a stay.

Great location and cute condo. Hope nothing goes wrong.

This spot (almost) has it all! Perfect size for our family of four, very nicely furnished, great access to the beach and pool, and overall good vibes. I would have given 5 stars, but the lack of communication from management knocked a star off. There were two glaring issues I contacted them about: 1) Coffee. Don’t tell me there’s going to be a coffee maker and only have a Keurig machine. And then also don’t have an insert where I can put in my own coffee (that I brought to use with the coffee pot I thought was going to be there). 2) The WiFi password given didn’t work. Both of these issues weren’t that big of a deal and we found workarounds. But I contacted management right after we arrived, spoke to a nice lady who said she would let management know, and they would be in touch and well…pretty much crickets. I got one text on Sunday (I contacted them Friday night) asking if the wifi still didn’t work, to which I said no, and then still no response.So while the place itself is pretty great and met most of our needs, we didn’t feel taken care of.

Great location

Property offers several amenities for families (game room, pool, playground and a safe short walking distance to beach). Lack of household items needs to be more emphasized. Bring your own dish towels, paper towels and extra TP or else you might have buy your own.

Great Location

Check in was easy and communication with management was good. The location is fabulous and it’s a three minute walk to the beach. Balcony views were lovely and it was pretty quiet. We stayed during the week so it wasn’t crowded. Coffeepot could be replaced and I didn’t find a dish rack but these are minor issues. I understand the units are older so if you want to be able to run the a/c under 72, you might reconsider. I believe it’s a little overpriced for this unit but might consider staying again. Overall a good experience.

Great location in a great complex

This condo was perfect for a beach get away. It was cozy and clean, plenty of room for 4 people. The walk to the beach was super short and the access to the pool even easier.

Great time!

Quick girls weekend- perfect place for our last minute getaway. We’re already checking calendars to see when we can get back. The view was great, perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee. Loved being steps from the beach. The pool/ game room area was lots of fun too! We will definitely be back!

needs updating

This propery is in need of updating. The microwave handle was broken. The air vents had mold. The bathroom floor tiles were loose and had cracks. The mattresses were old and sagged towards the middle. Make sure you take toilet paper, paper towels, and trashbags. They will only leave 1 of each item. The best part of this propery was the location.

Great and clean stay!

There was plenty of room for our family. We would stay again. The only thing is, the washer and dryer are not in the unit and it’s in another building. We made due and did not do any of our laundry. Otherwise it was great!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. They have done a lot of great renovations since the last time we stayed (over 10 years ago). The condo was very clean and it looked like the paint, flooring, and decor were pretty new and well taken care of. The kitchen was the only part that didn't appear to have much updating, but it worked well for what we needed. The fridge, microwave, and oven were all very clean. We loved the heated pool and the private beach access. The boardwalk extends entirely from the condos to the beach, and there's a nice little look-out area with benches if you're inclined to watch the sunrise. We also enjoyed the game room. (The games are free!) The only minor issues were that the keyless entry appeared to be possibly running out of battery. We often had to really work to jiggle the door open. But, that being said, the lock was incredibly secure, lol! The other minor issue was that we were unable to lock the door leading out to the balcony. This was not an issue for us since my kids are older, but if I had a small child, this would seem to be a bit of a safety risk. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again in the future.
