Enjoy an intimate stay at Lime in~the Coconut, a newly remodeled ground floor condo in Seamist. This complex offers a shared pool and is a 5-minute walk to the beach over the boardwalk in the Banyan Beach subdivision. The inviting front patio is great for sipping your morning coffee or watching evening sunsets. Inside you will find an open floor plan in bright, coastal chic decor carried throughout. The living area is comprised of a bright red, plush couch with chaise, TV with cable and Wifi, convenient for watching a movie or your favorite sport. The kitchen is outfitted with everything needed to prepare a meal from crisp cabinets, new appliances, granite counter tops, to dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Savor your meals at the cozy table for two. There is additional seating for three at the adjacent bar. The hallway bath is comprised of double vanities and a separate tiled tub/shower. There is a full sized washer and dryer tucked neatly within the bathroom for your benefit. The bedroom is located at the end of the hallway containing a King bed, TV, nightstands and closet. The shared pool has a great common area around it with charcoal BBQ grills and picnic tables. Guests are issued a parking pass for the assigned spot. Offsite overflow parking is available, first-come, first-served.
Come experience island time and while you are here, might as well put the Lime in ~the Coconut and drink them both up!

Don’t stay here!

I would not have stayed here had I seen pictures of the outside of this property. It was a dump. Part of the ceiling in the condo was tiled. The refrigerator had rust and mold on it. Two of the lamps had bulbs that were burned out. The bathtub was disgusting. Found a leftover canned drink in the entertainment center in the bedroom. Had to purchase air freshener for the smell of the unit. Property management did nothing about the burned out lightbulbs or the lack of shampoo and soap. The gold cart was nice to have but I would have rather stayed at a nicer place and rent a golf cart. This place is way overpriced. The chairs in the pool area were disgusting!

Bare bones

The pictures and the reviews are accurate. The house was nice inside, just old, and had the most uncomfortable bed I've ever tried to sleep on. The golf cart was awesome and really made the trip. If you bin here, you'll need to bring not just coffee but also coffee filters.

The apartment was nice. The bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable. Several lamps did not work or we’re not plugged in. The rugs corners were curled and are a fall risk.

Perfect Location!

Nice place, great location and the cart was HUGE plus! Close to the beach and town. We never drove our car once we checked in. The cart was convenient and easy and helped us keep our car off the beach!

Online booking was simple. Property needs a Little upgrading. Tv in bedroom never worked. 4 cans of paint in living room? Liked the golf cart addition. Neighborhood was ok. Easy access to beach. Payed to much. I expected more.
