INTERIÖR
Beach View Retreat. Kom till utsikten, stanna till stranden. Kolla in soluppgången över bukten, kaffe i handen, från balkongen på denna 3: e våningen nyligen uppdaterad lägenhet. Denna lägenhet är utrustad med allt du behöver för en bekväm och trevlig vistelse. Bekväma sovplatser säkerställs på king och queen sängar med en bäddsoffa för barnen. Det 2: a badrummet har en dörr som ansluter till 2: a sovrummet, vilket i huvudsak ger två master sviter. I tvättstuga garanteras bekvämlighet efter en lång dag på stranden. Förutom att ge en utsikt över bukten, har balkongen utsikt över poolen (som nu är uppvärmd året runt) och badplats för att hålla koll på barnen, men nya dubbla glasrutor håller bullret ute.

Komplex / gemenskapen
Detta komplex inkluderar en reserverad parkeringsplats, pool, bubbelpool, bastu, gym, kontorscenter och grillgrill för träkol. Snabb körning till Corpus Christi-platser och Padre Island National Seashore expanderar din semester. Platsen är några steg till stranden och en kort bilresa till Schlitterbahn Water Park - en fantastisk semester kombination! Wifi finns tillgängligt i det komplexa affärscentret, poolen och lusthuset och nu finns det ett privat Wi-Fi-nätverk i enheten för gästanvändning också.

Sängkläder för varje säng och badhanddukar för varje gäst tillhandahålls. Det krävs en kortaste vistelse på två nätter. De upphandlande gästerna i Padre Escapes måste vara 25 år eller äldre. Gästen måste ha ett statligt körkort eller annat acceptabelt ID. Inga husdjur tillåtna.

You get what you pay for

Overall, we had a great time in Corpus and the 2 bedrm, 2 bath condo met our needs. Good things included, modestly priced condo, spacious enough for 3 adults, two children. The unit was clean when we arrived, and the Beach Club is always well maintained; great pool, fitness room, and fish stocked pond. Bad things included a fire hazard toaster, mismatched furniture, and kitchen supplies. The furniture and floors had paint stains, and some of the chairs had torn fabric and stains. None of the furniture matched. So if you are expecting to see new and beautiful accommodations, this is not the unit for you. Also 3rd floor is for those who are still very mobile.

Winter get away

Location was very good and very close to beach. The condo was very dated and looked like no improvements have been made for years. The lower cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms were not usable because they were very dirty and worn. The steps going up to unit were very taxing. The stay was good though but the owners should replace all kitchen and bathroom cabinets.

Nice stay

My family and I wanted an easily accessible place for our family by the beach and this one worked well. It was hard to find help with a small issue and check in process was fine, but overall good trip. The place was clean, had mostly everything you need and a nice view of the beach.

Dirty dishes

The property was great. Overall everything was excellent. Just when we first got there the forks, dishes, pots and pans had food caked on them. The toilets had hair and urine around them, the tub was clogged with hair. Counters and tables were nasty. Looked like everything was wiped down with dirty rags. For as much as we paid to stay a week, I would expect 1st class cleanliness.

El condominio tiene una ubicación y vista súper padre, pero le faltan detalles al condominio como una limpieza extrema porque había cucarachas también hay que reparar los techos ya que están en mal estado y creo deberían remodelar un poco los muebles. Al exterior del condominio está horrible hay nidos de arañas, arañas, otros animales y está súper sucio deben poner más atención a los pasillos por que parecen del terror.

Cozy Condo with Ocean View

From the moment my best friend and I walked in we fell in love with this property. Although the fridge did not work at the time, the owner took care of the expense and provided what we needed for the few days we were there. The balcony is spacious, property is clean and felt like home.

Close proximity to beach, great view, interior a little run down.

Pros: The unit is walking distance to the beach if you have to walk, but bring a wagon and a rolling cooler. The balcony faces east which is great for sitting out there in the evening and the view is nice of the pool, the canal, & the ocean. Plenty of seating inside the apartment and it had all of the necessities (washer/dryer, stove top, fridge, microwave, clocks in the bedrooms, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. The trash dumpsters are close. No carpeting is a real plus and the floors were clean. The beds were comfortable, but bring your own pillows as they are awful. The 3rd floor was nice in that we didn't hear anyone above us. The apartment complex does have a shower spigot outside the pool area for washing off your body & feet after returning from the beach. Cons: The apartment is a little run down: The appliances are all pretty warn. My son killed 2 roaches in the bathroom off the kitchen the first night there, so we left no opened food outside of the fridge. That same bathroom has quite a few cosmetic problems: the ceiling is coming down in 2 places, there is mold in the tub area, the tub needs to be refinished, and the vanity area is small like what you find on a cruise ship. The bathroom with the king sized bed was cleaner and larger, but there is mold growing in the tub area and on the shower curtain liner. The coffee maker was gross and didn't look like it had ever been cleaned, so we didn't use it. The oven didn't look clean. The complex does not have elevators, so the 3rd floor was a hike up with all of our stuff and groceries. The parking spot for the unit is on the wrong side of the building in comparison to where the front door is. There is no place to store your beach stuff other than your car. Overall, the apartment is ok if you are just looking for a place to stay close to the beach & with a pool (mostly for families with young kids).

Great location & cool a/c

The condo was comfortable and the a/c was cool. The furniture was not in great condition but it was comfortable and useful and that’s really what we needed. When we arrived, I was kind of grossed out by the hallway and stairs because they had some indoor/outdoor carpet that looked like it was filthy. But I understand the need to have a slip-proof surface that allows people to walk through the halls quietly. What is best about this property is the view from the patio (beach and swimming pool) and the close proximity to the beach. You can walk to the beach or drive to the beach and set up your site next to your car. I was impressed with the value of the rental for the money initially. I was disappointed that the taxes and fees nearly doubled the price of our stay. We didn’t stay the second night because Corpus beaches closed to vehicles and tents and chairs due to COVID. I’m not sure I will choose Corpus for a future vacation spot but this place was at least comfy and the Padre Island Rental service folks have outstanding customer service.

Padre Escapes 2B/2B

This was exactly as listed. Clean and well furnished with a distant view of the ocean. The walk to the Whitecap beach is <10 min away. There is an extensive contract to sign but did not contain any clauses that were out of the ordinary. I would definitely recommend this location.

animal in fireplace and master bedroom sink

although the property was very nice we did not get much sleep due to an animal in the fireplace. we called maintenence and got no response. we also attempted to contact maintenence because the sink in the master bedroom gave no cold water. this resulted in almost burned skin.
