Bay Tree C6 is a third floor condo with no elevator access. Sleeps 4 with Queen size bed and queen size sofa sleeper. Enjoy the coastal sunsets, views of the city marina, and the Intracoastal ship channel. Bay Tree offers a community swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, private lighted fishing pier, BBQ areas, boat parking and boat slips w/electricity for rent. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking.
