Conveniently located just 1 mile from downtown, this recently remodeled 3BR/3BA condo is a short jaunt from everything Port Aransas has to offer -- including popular area shops, dining, and entertainment. Walk just 525 yards to the beach. Drive 2 miles to Palmilla Golf Club.

LIVING AREA

Relax in a spacious and open living area that features muted colors, contemporary furnishings, and wood flooring throughout. Unwind with a movie on the 57” flat-screen TV. There’s seating for five on a love seat and queen-size sleeper sofa.

KITCHEN & DINING

The modern kitchen holds everything you need to create your favorite recipes. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a dishwasher, microwave, and electric range.

At mealtime, the dining room table seats six, with additional seating for two at the kitchen counter.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This one-level condo sleeps up to seven guests between the three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Sleep soundly in a tranquil master suite furnished with a stately queen-size bed and a 32” flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

In the second guest room, you’ll find a queen-size bed, a 32” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom configured with a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed. The en-suite bathroom (also accessible from the hallway) is configured with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA

It’s just a short walk across the parking lot to the unheated year-round community pool. Or walk just 525 yards to the beach!

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer. There is assigned parking available for two vehicles in the adjacent parking lot.

This ground-floor condo is accessible via four stairs at the front entrance.

THE LOCATION

Drive 2 miles to Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, the Port Aransas Nature Preserve, Palmilla Beach Golf Club, or the Port Aransas Museum.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
