Vacay at the Beach-Spacious Remodeled Townhome

  • Welcome to Paradise! This gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath townhome has everything you need to provide a peaceful Island getaway with a great location too. Make it a sunny day at the beach located just less than a 1/2 mile from the front door or cool off at the massive tropical pool. Making family meals will be a breeze in this large kitchen, fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and flatware. Cozy up to the breakfast bar with a hot cup of coffee or tea prepared in the Keurig. There's plenty of seating in the cozy living room so the whole crew can enjoy game time or a movie on the large screen TV. After a relaxing day at the beach you'll love to stretch out in luxurious linens provided in any of the 5 sleeping options. The main bedroom has a spacious King size bed. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed and a twin and the 3rd bedroom also has a queen and a cozy futon. All bedrooms boast plenty of privacy with their own bathrooms en suite and are stocked with linens, plenty of fluffy towels and walk in closets. Enjoy direct access to the pool from the bottom floor bedroom or enjoy the spectacular view from either of the 2 private upstairs balconies. All bedrooms include a smart TV. Pet friendly for up to 2 dogs 30 lbs & under. A pet fee of $100 for first pet and $50 for a second will be included in the price of the reservation. Please inquire ahead of booking if traveling with pets. Sorry no cats permitted. This is a non-smoking property. Come stay a while!

Phenomenal

I searched for a good month for the perfect place for our family vacation. The place that would accommodate everyone in our family & the place with the best pool & the minute I can across this listing I knew I’d found it. The tropical pool is unlike any other pool in the area. I assume most places don’t need a great pool when they’ve got a beach right there, but this was something important to us & The Breezeways delivered. The 3 story townhouse was also perfect! From the lower room for my pre-teen who likes his space to the beautifully decorated living area to the top floor rooms that kept us close enough but not too close to our little one & a bathroom for each room. It couldn’t have been more perfect! Except it also came with Amber, the best & most responsive property manager we could’ve asked for. She took care of every detail & was always responsive. There were details thrown in that a mom who spent so much time researching & even more time packing for everyone couldn’t not appreciate, like the bowl of chilled coffee creamers in the fridge & the condiments that I stressed over having for my sandwich loving child to the little corner basket of toys in the living area. It was all so wonderfully & thoughtfully assembled & beyond appreciated and if I haven’t bragged enough the decor & comfort of the place was amazing. I could honestly say the pictures don’t do this place justice and we will return to this place in the future.
