“Gorgeous property and location. Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”

“Hotel had a boutique feel which I liked. The units had everything you could ask for (washer, dryer, kitchen, safe, nice bathroom a beautiful balcony). “Our suite had a nice view towards the ocean. The staff are very professional. The outdoor pools are great, from the kids pool to the infinity pool and of course the lazy river (our favorite). The beach view from the pool area is expansive. During our visit the hotel wasn't at capacity so easy access to pool chairs. We did not choose the all-inclusive plan at $150 PP/day. The meals are expensive and if you drink very much (we don't) it is probably a good idea. It was easy to spend...
